Whoever runs the pharmacy needs to be canned. How can you tell an old man his prescription is ready only to have him wait in line 3 times because you guys couldn’t fulfill your job requirements. Have some human compassion and at least try to pretend to give a darn.

What takes so long to give someone a prescription? It takes 30 minutes + to go through the drive through.

Hate the parking lot and driveways at the South Main location in Weatherford. It is too narrow, too small, and too tight of turns to get in and out at that intersecion. There is no way of using this location if you have a trailerintersection.your vehicle. Please reco sidereal reopening the pharmacy atthe Brookshires store in Westherford.

Old lady at the photo counter was very rude and borderline threw our pictures at us. No excuses for her behavior.

If I could rate this place, no stars or negative stars, I absolutely would. Parents. I highly advise you pick a different pharmacy for your kid's prescriptions, I have been waiting 6 hours for an antibiotics prescription for my daughter and I have been here three times and every time they tell me 20 to 30 minutes and I've been waiting for six hours.

Here's the thing, we all live in a small community. So we'd like to keep and express small town values and take care of each other. This review has to do with how we treat each other. My daughter left her phone in the bathroom. She'd worked a long shift at a local restaurant and had a moment of forgetfulness. We've all been there. She was able to contact me and I called up there, thinking hey...it's my town...they'll help. NOPE. I called several times with no answer. Finally I asked to connect to the pharmacy, as it's late, I explained what is going on and let them know my daughter is on the way to grab the phone and if they could just make sure it's still in the bathroom and possibly grab it for us, and I get a lady who was so bothered that she literally sighed and hung up on me. That's not small town. That's not community. Honestly, if you're working in a position that is supposed to encompass compassion (the pharmacy where we get our medication) then please find another job as you're not a good fit. If you're too busy to help "outside of your scope" at 11:30 at night, then you're in the wrong town and position. I hope that if you leave something behind one day then the person you seek help from has more compassion than you did. Do better.

My MIL's medication was called in from the hospital I called at 8:00 pm and they said it would be 45 minutes so we come in at 10:30 pm and they said it's not ready and said they're working on it. We pay and leave and found out they didn't send our debit card and I called and I'm still on hold. Very poor customer service.

Perhaps poor management is to blame for the horrible experiences customers have reported in the reviews. I phoned in advance, was told my prescription would be ready in 1 hour, arrived 1.5 hours later and now, 2 hours have elapsed. Subpar customer service. Very sad for this community.

I love Walgreens . They have a great selection of makeup , hair products , pain relief creams with hemp , vitamins , snacks , drinks . They could improve their pharmacy but other than that , I like this place .

everything was about what you would expect from a walgreens in the middle of the night. at least they were open and had off brand cough syrup. what else can you ask for. special shout to tanya she rung us up without making making us feel stupid although I don't know if she knew what we were saying. also her name probably wasn't tanya.

I was released from the hospital after having a total knee replacement and my doctor called in three prescriptions to Walgreens (South Main, Weatherford). When we arrived to pick the prescriptions up, we were told our insurance had put a "hold" on them. Needing the medication and needing to get home, the only option was to pay cash for the three prescriptions (a total of $168.78). Later I called my insurance company and the representative from Humana stayed on the line with me for over an hour as we tried to explain to Walgreens what had happened and get a refund for me. And by the way, Humana said they APPROVED the medication, and there was no reason for Walgreens to charge me full price. Walgreens simply did not file a claim, according to Humana. Long story short...I was contacted by a "district manager" of Walgreens out of Fort Worth who promised to check into things and get with me "tomorrow". That was over 3 weeks ago and I have tried and tried to get back in touch with this lady (who didn't give me her name). First she was out with a family emergency, then she was in meetings, then she wasn't in her "home store" today but "we'll get a message to her to call you". Still - no response, no refund. I'm out over $168, have filed the paperwork with Walgreens and have tried to get back in touch with this phantom "district manager". Poor corporate culture, it seems to me.
