Worst customer service ever waited in line 45min asked to move twice and third time I was asked to move to another bay and they pulled a car in that just pulled in the parking lot. Drove 20 miles to get this done. Won’t be back.

I went to Valvoline on Thursday 2-15-2024 as I usually do for my routine oil change. We had a little mishap. No biggie. It happens. Pretty sure a tech popped the coolant line while taking off / putting on air filter. When we started my car it was completely popped off and had sprayed everywhere. Could have just beenthe convenient timing and no one's fault at all. The manager that day, which I totally forgot her name but I "think" it was a Nichole. I could be completely wrong on that name, but she immediately informed me and told me my car was inoperable. At that point she made calls right away, got it towed, got the part and got it fixed all in the same day. No hesitation. Since it happened in their shop. She was phenomenal. Great attitude the whole time and made it right. She is the true manager role model others should strive to be. We do continue to plan on coming back. First issue ever, they're always fast and convenient and very informative. Thank you.

Very expensive. Had a half off coupon off their website for a conventional oil change which they told me wouldn't work on my 2012 car that only has 72k miles on it. They offered me a discount on the semi-synthetic which brought the price down to higher than the conventional original price. The guy working on the computer even talked down about a couple of the competitors in town, I assume in an effort to encourage me to come back there rather than somewhere else. I appreciate not having to get out of my car, I guess. But I'll definitely stick with somewhere a bit more budget friendly in the future.

Real good job here. Brought my own oil and filter and they changed it. Also filled up the tires and cleaned out my K&N filter.

I stopped in for a signal light replacement and state inspection. The guys acted very uneducated as of what they were doing regarding the signal light. They kept stopping to tend to other customers, etc when I should have been the focus. Then they proceeded to tell me the computer wasn't working or something like that and that they couldn't do an inspection. So pretty much my time there was a complete waste. He should have told me up front that the inspection was a no go! That's pis poor business!

Curt helped me during my most recent visit with them. All staff are so kind but he went above and beyond to get my oil change at a discounted price by finding some coupons available. I’d recommend this place to any women whose nervous about doing maintenance on their car alone, when you’re kind to them they are kind to you!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Great service and terrific attitudes. You’ve got to really appreciate it there’s guys working in these temperatures. When I mentioned it, The tech said the boss makes sure that they have plenty of cool drinks but they haven’t figured out a way to air condition those bays yet.Service: Oil change

Valvoline is the only place I have always taken all my vehicles to, they are always Fantastic, efficient, collected, humble upon arrival. Super great people! Also not to expensive either! I highly recommend going here. Good luck, safe travels.
