Our mail delivery has gotten better than it used to be. More consistent anyways… However, our carrier always scans our packages as “Delivered” and the packages are never actually delivered until 2-3 days after being scanned as delivered.
This causes myself and family to try and figure out if the package was actually delivered, incorrectly delivered to the wrong location, or simply being held hostage by the carrier until whenever they feel like actually delivering the mail piece. Please stop doing this as part of your delivery operation, it’s technically perjury on behalf of the carrier and how am I supposed to know where my package is if the statuses are falsified?!

The majority of people that work here are lovely, especially Ms. Brenda. She always remembers me by name and makes me feel so welcomed. Going to the post office isn't something anyone enjoys doing, let's be honest, but the ladies here make it pleasant every single time, even when lines are long. They are helpful and accommodating and are genuinely nice people. So, thank you!!

Wish I could give a 0/5. Got a call back regarding a service request and the best solution was for a man to tell me “It’s in your mailbox” repeatedly. If it was received I wouldn’t have put in a request. Find someone else to sit behind the phone, will not be using again. Lost package & Poor Customer Service.

There was at least 3 people waiting at the Blue Door for packages. The buzzer was pushed 3-4x over a 7 minute period and NO RESPONSE at all. I then knocked on the door and out comes a very ANGRY Brenda who verbally abused us saying they are busy and then SLAMMES the door 2x. All of a sudden all 3 of us were helped in the next 60 seconds. Hmmmmmmm. No excuse at all for being verbally abused by Brenda. I’m sure she’ll get a pay raise for it

The postal workers servicing my neighborhood regularly misplace both mine and my neighbor's mail and packages (our neighborhood has mail slots and parcel lockers at the entrance instead of a mailbox at each house)The parcel lockers will regularly have 2-3 different addresses' packages despite the fact that there's only one key per locker, requiring one to hope that their neighbors are kindhearted enough to do the post office's job for them and give you your package because it was clearly not put into your possession beforehand. We just recently had this happen to us. My wife ordered something and the worker did not put the key to the parcel locker in our slot and when she finally got them to go look the next day, the package was supposedly gone from the locker altogether so now she has to wait for the people she bought the package from to send her another. This just two days after I had to walk a package that was put in our slot over to a neighbor's house because the USPS isn't sorting their mail properly.I'm normally willing to let the little stuff slide because people aren't perfect but this has been a regular problem over the last almost 3 years I've spent living here. It didn't use to be this bad. Make it make sense please.

Weatherford is a pitiful post office…I am not getting my customers checks. I have talked to my neighbors and they are not getting their checks either. Post master is very rude when questioned about the situation.
