“This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization.
The process was easy and relatively quick. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership enough. This will be my only stop for a Volkswagen as long as I live in Texas. It’s worth the drive.”

“Ken helped my son buy his first vehicle and it was a wonderful experience. He's easy going and honest. After we had signed the paperwork, the vehicle wouldn't start. Come to find out my son hadn't put it in park. While we were figuring that part out, Ken noticed the passenger window was going down slowly and told us that it looked like that motor in the door was going out. He said he would order the part and install it for free. After we had taken possession of the vehicle. That's unreal. Most car dealers wouldn't have said anything amd certainly wouldn't have repaired it for free. I will buy from Ken any day. In fact, I will be looking this week for a truck, and Ken will be my first stop!!! I might even wait a while until he gets more in if he doesn't have what I want. That's how awesome he is!”

“The sales process went somewhat smooth took a little longer that I would care for around 4hrs to complete everything and leave. At The first wash of the vehicle I noticed an exterior scratch to rear hatch window. That should have been caught upon delivery or when the vehicle was washed at the dealership
Now we have a new car with a scratched window that we have to live with. It’s a small scratch but it should have been noticed”
