Used to be my one stop shop for make up, hair, and Beaty supplies. Now, not so much. Store just isn't the same since COVID. Stopped by yesterday and they wanted over $25 for a can of hairspray I use. The Manager was being so condescending to a new hire, making her go clean up a mess is the bathroom, I walked out. Won't be back. Be kinder to your staff!

Trina was absolutely amazing, I went in looking for a great foundation and she applied it, taught me to contour, and picked out all the products for me. She made it super easy and simple for me which was so helpful since I had my kids with me. This is the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced so far at an Ulta, if you can find her she will go above and beyond to help you!
I would have only walked out with foundation, but because of her helping me I bought a whole bag of makeup! Thank you again Trina, you’re the best!

I had gone in for just a few things for touching up and one of the young ladies behind the counter knew it had been a very rough day for me. She was kind enough to take time out of her day to check on me and just say the exact words I needed to hear. I wish I got her name because she was just absolutely genuine and personable. Give that girl a bonus

Horrible. I shopped in the store for an hour and no one approached me. Testers were filthy. I shopped several different lines and all the lippies I wanted were out of stock. Very disappointed. Left and went to Sephora.

There are always staff to help pick products, colors etc..they can exchange, refund without receipt unlike nearby Sephora. At Sephora , I had no help and was unable to make exchange because I didn't have receipt, which is my fault. I pulled wrong lipstick color by mistake that was in wrong color slot which is also my fault for not checking whereas, Ulta staff pulls correct product for you eliminating blunders. I'll never return to Sephora.
