These so called mechanics here are completely useless. I stopped in just to repair a tire 2 freaking hours just waiting. And at the end of all this he started working on another truck.usless people. Wasted 4 hrs there I ended up going to the loves down the road. These people are so unorganized that they had to go to orileys to get parts .

First Petro I've been in that doesn't provide anywhere to sit in the lobby area. They have the massage chairs and movie room, but nowhere to just sit and relax while waiting for clothes to wash and dry. Bad enough they used covid as an excuse to take out all the buffets and jacked up prices. Now not even a place to sit. Fuel discounts have been the only thing keeping me coming back, but lately Pilot/Flying J discounts are better

Great place but i don’t understand how a huge business like this can operate normally with that weak air conditioning system. Hope they work on their the air conditioning.

Let me start by saying I've used this shop before with having good results, but today I experienced the worst customer service that I ever experienced I didn't get passed the check in perhaps the girl was having a bad day she was rude , very short in her answers she was very transparent in her facial expressions I wish I would of got her name but I didn't she was a heavy set Hispanic women probably in he 20s end of story I took my business to boss shop it wasn't but a 1000 dollars worth of work ,that's nothing to petro but if you start losing a bunch of them it will start adding up come on petro do better.

Deli at fuel island food is horrible. Dried out food some looked to been there for a day or 2. The Spaghetti and meatballs was not what it is supposed to be. Noodles turned to mush, barely enough to be filling and ice cold. Paying 12 dollars a plate , is a little much for this. That was the only "fresh food" except for a couple hamburgers. The man working the deli looked to be very confused and lost. The woman at the register was very kind .
Woman moved her property and put up tent behind trucks on back corner of truck parking.
Man staying with his bags and everything in truck and sitting at edge of restaurant.

Stop Petrtruk, the choice of food is small. but the inside is very clean, and the staff tries to keep it clean, comfortable and cozy.the shower is clean but the sewage system does not work, repairs are urgently needed, dirt and fungus
