My husband and i stopped in for the first time today. This place is not going to be for everyone. There is no lying about that. If you are the kind of person that believes best by, expiration, and use by dates are all the same then I don't recommend going. If the ambiance of a grocery store is important to your shopping experience then this isnt the store for you. You will see alot of past dates but again go in knowing the difference of all stamps on products. You WILL find gems like others have said, items that are good for another 1-2 years and the produce they do have is GREAT. I also want to say the workers were nice and very informative. The only real negative i had was i did see some products that cost more then just going to a regular grocery store. We definitely will be going back and checking out the fort worth location too.

Staff are nice and friendly. The management is always great about trying to give you a discount when you buy bulk.

Amazing prices, just have to watch the expiration dates. A lot of the items were quite a bit outdated.

In today's economy, where you shop matters more than ever. I decided to stop into Town Talk after work just to pick up a few items until I could do my regular grocery shopping. I now do not have to go anywhere else as I was able to shop for my family of 2 for about a week and a half worth of groceries. The deals they had on meats, veggies, breakfast items, and even laundry detergent were simply unbeatable. I left with well over $120 worth of groceries for under $40! And as an added bonus, they don't charge extra for bags. I don't know why I haven't made this a regular so in the past, but I certainly will from now on.
