I had quite a time trying to find a t-56 cobra tail housing. Called Texas drivetrain performance, and even with them crazy busy, they found the time to go through their inventory and locate one for me at a very fair price. Not only did they have one at a fair price, they cleaned it, inspected it, and put a new seal and bushing in it. Most shops would just toss a used tail housing in a box and ship it out while charging a premium for it. Texas drivetrain are is the definition of a good, honest business that actually cares about the customer and I intend to work with them absolutely anytime I need anything!

Great Experience! Ordered parts for my CTSV T56 and didn't receive all the expected parts. Kind of bummed out as in Canada so shipping more $ when parts crossing the border. Jason promptly corrected my order and sent out the remaining parts. I received them within 2 days, amazing as Texas to Ontario. These are stand up people and would gladly do business with them again.

Depending on who answers when you call you’ll get a different answer every time. They don’t follow up w customers themselves and are so far behind. I’ll give 2 stars because it seems like Jason who runs the business is a stand up guy. But overall I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience even trying to get my foot in the door with these guys. Will be going somewhere else with my business.

For all of us who have experienced the telltale sounds of drive train self destruction in our late model Corvettes and been told that we have "Torque Tube repair" in our future, HERE is the place to go to source our parts. To all of you who remember the "Parts is Parts" commercial from the 80's, nothing could be farther from the truth. I had the problem diagnosed in my 2009 C6 Z06 last October and was determined to source my own replacement parts. In five months of searching many GM part websites, Corvette Forums and YouTube videos, I happened across Texas Drivetrain Performance. Not only is their website easy to navigate, but the pictures and descriptions of the hardware are very helpful. My biggest hangup was finding the rubber driveshaft connectors (guibos) of GOOD quality, at a reasonable price. At TDP, not only did I find the factory GM connectors that are made in Germany, (used also by BMW), but also the 12mm bolt package to secure them. In the Torque Tube Master Rebuild Kit, the connectors, bearings (quality pieces made by SKF of Europe), "O" rings, snap rings and slinger ring are available. To top it all off, a quality, fortified Torque Tube Input Shaft is included ! These are quality replacement parts....I did call twice prior to my purchase and spoke with Fabian who cleared up some of the questions I had about the need to buy other parts. I ordered the Rebuild Kit and the Bolt Kit last week and received my order in three days. The parts were very well packaged and all accounted for. I did have an ongoing dialogue with Jason in sales via email which were very informative and amusing towards the end...hence the reference to "Parts is Parts" ! To all who are looking for quality replacement parts for your Corvette, look no farther than Texas Drivetrain Performance. I am sorry I don't live in the metro Dallas area to stop in and thank them myself. Quality, Customer Service second to none at a more than reasonable price...what more could you ask for ?!!!

Excellent service in parts , obtained c7 driveshaft rebuild kit received on time and quality of parts were excellent and saved myself 600 dollars to rebuild instead of replace driveshaft, Thanks again

Thank you guys for great service! I live about 2.5 hours away and found your number after trying to locate a local shop in Oklahoma that could work on the T56 out of my 1999 Trans Am WS6. After talking to the extremely knowledgeable staff on the phone and ordering the parts I needed, we continued to talk and I decided to bring my trans in to be repaired. I was there at 7 am the next morning, the professional staff had the trans on the bench and tore apart in less than 20 minutes. They showed the broken and damaged parts, explained options and the complete price which was very reasonable. I went for a cup of coffee and returned to the shop. Trans was complete and I was back on the road to Oklahoma by 8:30! Unbelievable service, trans works like new!! Highly recommended!!

I cannot say enough good things about TDP, im from the UK so corvette parts are hard to come by but TDP made the process easy. I had a list of parts and Fabian and Jason where super helpful and knowledgeable and got me what i need quickly and at a good price. A week from order to delivery, nearly 5000 miles and my car is a step closer to being back on the road. Thank you guys for your knowledge and professionalism.

My transmission was jumping out of 5th gear on my TR6060. I read the reviews online which were all positive. TDP took it apart and found the problems with it right away. Fabian was very helpful, very detailed as to what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. I did a stage 2 upgrade full rebuild. They had all the parts in stock and had the job completed within a week. My car shifts like butter now, better than from the factory! I highly recommend them if you're having drivetrain issues or looking for performance.
