On multiple occasions I have bought things here that rang up for way more than what the price tag says. And the management fights with me everytime I ask for them to fix it. I love shopping at target but this one is terrible.

Wasting my breath because they couldn’t care less what customers think, but I’ll never be coming back to this one solely because of the short lady with dark hair that usually runs the self checkouts. Every single time I go she says that someone can help on lane 1 or whatever and I respectfully decline because I like bagging my own stuff. And every time she rolls her eyes or makes a comment. Today she literally stared me down while I was checking out because I opted to go to the self checkout. If you’re gonna get your things, make the trip to Cityview or Lakeworth, they don’t treat you like dirt because you don’t want to go to a cashier.

Target is one of my favorite places to shop but i will not be coming back to this one. My Husband and I normally go here once a week since we moved here and have not had any issues until recently. Every-time we shop here it’s only for a few things and we always go to the shelf check out, we do this because i am very particular about how my teams are bagged and it’s just easier to go there. There is a new team lead/manager for the self check out I am assuming and the last two times we have went while in the self check out line she asks us if we would like to wait in a shorter line and i reply no. Every-Time this happens she makes a snarky comment and walks away until today. Today the same thing happened we told her no and this time she stood right next to us the entire time we scanned our 7 items. This is beyond ridiculous, there are some people who just prefer to check themselves out and there is no reason to stand directly beside us and watch there every move while we check out just because we prefer to use the self check out.

This is suppose to be a no Star post but it wouldn’t let me post if not a Star on it
No stars don’t shop here. Me and my autistic brother went here the other day asking one of the workers a question and she told us the answer to our question. I walked off and one worker and a security guard followed me. My brother walked off because he was in his own little world for a bit. They said “Hey you and your brother need to leave.” We weren’t doing anything wrong. They said we can’t ask the workers “inappropriate questions”. We asked where is the bathroom and where are a couple isles. And they said my brother was “acting strange”. My brother was ticking and not causing any harm to anyone.
Target is a disgusting place. They hate people with disabilities. I have Tourette’s syndrome/ autistic and my brother is high functioning autistic as well.

Less than one star not an option, customer service is horrible and pick is a disaster no more will continue to go to Walmart and can’t wait until Costco is here this store is so prehistoric oh no it rains we can’t provide pickup really and there seditious terrible and super rude when you have to call to make your payment due because you can not pay online!! Paying my card off and never shopping with them again sure they will cry Covid or anything excuse really

Had the BEST time shopping at target. Going to the UK and bringing goodies to friends who are obsessed with target (bc of tiktok). Renita (I think I’m spelling that right) was so darling and helpful! She and another lovely woman helped me gather goodies and gave me some pens to add a little extra fun. Thank you both! Top tier customer service :)

I would have left a 0 if it was a option.Employees are to lazy to do their job and lie about having or not having a product. Ordered shoes and belt on line. When I got there I was told that it'd be another 2 hours before it would be ready. I walked around the store and employees were just standing around talking to each other. I found the shoes I ordered but I couldn't find the belt. I received a message that my order was ready. When I get back to the front I was told that they didn't have the shoes. I went back and got them myself.

ETHAN! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It had been such a long day, and customer service was about to close, but Ethan served me with a smile not once but twice. He then opened up a register to assist with the long line. Target needs more people like Ethan, he rocks!

Clean store. Helpful and polite staff. Usually always have what I need, and the clothing is a nice quality.
