$170/month. $40 more than my Verizon plan, and I don't even get service half the time! Do not switch from Verizon to Tmobile!!! " Same towers" yeah right.

If you want GREAT customer service, then you must go to this location.the young men who greet you there go above and beyond what you may have come to expect when you need help with your phone or service. A good phone without good people to back it up is just a good phone so again, if service matters... Go to this location, TODAY!

Nick from this store was kind and helpful! I will definitely only want to talk to him if I need help with our plan and phones. He made it so easy and just was an overall excellent customer service representative.

For the first time in my 25 yrs as a customer, I was ignored by a whipper snapper of a customer service geek! And I wanted to upgrade my phone. He was servicing one person in the store, acknowledged me upon entering, after 35 mins., someone else walked and he looked at me--i was ready, a sure sale and went straight over to help the new people. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GRACE WEATHERFORD STOREFRONT!I like dealing in person when making a sizable purchase. Cars, laptops, phones...and that was a first for me! Yes, I walked out VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

Maybe things have changed here recently, however I have always received great service at this location. Many are other stores are quick to turn you away if they can.

Went to the store and Asked the associate about a phone I was going to purchase, I had to go attend to something at home and told them I would come back. The sales associate told me to come back when I’m ready to buy it. When I came back the same day, I told them I was ready to purchase the said phone, they informed me that they have been out of stock for some time. How do you tell someone you have it when you don’t? Lazy a** staff

Not helpful at all. I went in to make a change on my plan and Tyler refused to make the changes. He told me to call customer service. They were not busy at all. I can see why. Perhaps they are good at SELLING YOU A NEW PHONE. Beyond that, they will refuse to help. I don't recommend this place at all. I've been in other T-Mobile stores where they were glad to help me with changes to my plan...

Went to T-Mobile yesterday and spent roughly 2 hours getting new phones and apple watches but my experience was amazing. Although everyone in the store that day was helpful, Jennifer and Carlos went above and beyond to make our experience easy and enjoyable. Way better than the sprint store that was previously there.

Worst experience I've ever had in a store. My mom and I went to get two new phones and change our plan from AT&T to T-Mobile. Was told our phones were on backorder and they'd arrive mid November. Long story short, we called several different times and were told they hadn't arrived each time. Finally a month later we called again and we were told the phones hadn't arrived and to hunt it down ourselves (possibly went to another store by accident). Then a woman in the background stated the phones had been there for quite awhile, they just hadn't bothered to look.Take in mind, they were very polite when we were actually purchasing the phones but when we went to pick them up, it was very upsetting. My mom has brain damage and isn't very tech savvy so she expected things to be handled by staff like they always have at AT&T. But a tall, white, skinny guy that worked there (one other reviewer called him Preston so that's what I'll refer to him by) had the worst attitude I've ever encountered at any store. He was becoming irate with my mother for not knowing our mobile pin number, but she is divorced and the pin holder is her ex husband who we had to call on speaker phone. "Preston" talked over and interrupted him so many times by saying, "As I was SAYING sir" over and over which got us nowhere. He then put us on another speaker call with a customer service lady without first explaining what it was for and just expected us to know what to say. Just handed us the phone and sat there and kept rolling his eyes instead of trying to help. He also kept refusing to help us with things and telling us this and that wasn't possible, meanwhile the other employee (man with gauges) tried to smooth things over and help us with what "Preston" was refusing to help with (several times this happened). The whole thing was humiliating to my mom and says he made her feel stupid which broke my heart. Please do better people. This was a horrible experience and everyone I tell it to agrees and thinks I should go to a higher up. Probably will.

I had the best experience with the staff, especially Quentin.? I am absolutely clueless when it comes to technology & he was so kind, patient & knowledgeable. We went over several plans & phones that fit my needs & my moms(poor guy)?. We stayed until after closing!I even set up an Apple Watch.⌚️ My 75 year old mom has a new IPhone ProMax in Gold??and I have a less flashier one.?✅We had just left the AT&T store & left feeling defeated.I do have a budget and the associates at AT&T store kept trying to push expensive plans and phones. So I had to leave & on a whim we stopped at T-Mobile. I have been with AT&T for well over 20 years & was skeptical about switching to another carrier.I am so happy that we went out of our comfort zone.We now have 2 of the newest phones, an Apple Watch & our bill is $70 less & we have a new T-Mobile family!!!❤️Have a Happy New Year and God Bless!!!
