Traded in a vehicle with this dealership on Aug 24th. Got a call from my trade in’s loaner saying I’m behind on payments because VOLKSWAGENT DIDNT SEND ENOUGH FOR THE PAY OFF. First off- how do you get that wrong?? Secondly, once they realized their mistake they still have not sent the remaining amount causing my previous loan to hit my credit. When I called the finance dept, Jason seemed ready to help and said he’d call me right back. Well, he has not. Juan (who we dealt with when we bought the car) didn’t answer. I tried calling again and the salesman who answered was beyond annoyed and rude and ironically BOTH FINANCE MGRS WERENT “in office”. He said “yea I’ll have him call you” but didn’t ask for my name or my number?!?! This is outrageoussssss.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Southwest Volkswagen of Weatherford! I brought my daughter's 2024 Volkswagen Jetta in for a check engine light issue, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. Service advisor Christopher greeted me promptly as I pulled into the service bay, demonstrating both friendliness and professionalism.
Tech Jesus Garcia took over from there, and I was impressed with his efficiency. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, and I was delighted to pick up the car later that afternoon to find it washed and looking great!
The only minor hiccup was when I came to collect the vehicle and Christopher was at lunch. The new service advisor on duty couldn't answer a question about the warranty, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise excellent service experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Southwest Volkswagen of Weatherford for their outstanding customer service and skilled technicians. Kudos to Christopher and Jesus for making the visit smooth and pleasant!

We drove about 70 mi to purchase at SW VW after comparing what other dealers in the area were offering with the features we wanted. I was able to submit photos and videos of my trade via email and negotiate a value ahead of time, which they honored after we arrived. Having financing lined out, sale price and trade value agreed upon ahead of time made the process fairly quick and easy. No high pressure tactics or attempts at last minute add ons or price/APR changes. Tito and Kaylee were pleasant to work with, definitely reach out to Kaylee if you're interested in looking at a new VW!

The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. I was in a tough spot where my car broke down and needed a car and my credit was not ideal. Kaylee M. and Juan L. did everything they could to do get me in a vehicle that was fit for my two kids and me. I am eternally grateful for their hard work and the amount of effort they put into my experience. I highly recommend Southwest Volkswagen in Weatherford. I am a forever customer.
