I went in hoping to trade my car in but unfortunately I am too upside down for it to make sense right now. Our salesman, Jesse and the manager, Dustin, were great! They explained everything to me, gave me a lot of options and made sure I understood each one. I ended up keeping my current car and will try to get in a better situation and then will 100% be returning to this dealer to work with them again. They are honest and that is SO important when buying a car.

10/10 recommend these guys!
Michael was our sales guy, and he went above and beyond for us! we spent 5+ hours deciding on a vehicle, and he was with us with a SMILE on his face the whole dreaded time!!! We ended up with the best choice and he was so patient with us the whole time!
Go see Michael at Nissan Pre Owned if you want an easy and relaxing experience.
I love how the whole dealership is a no bull, let me sweet talk you kind of dealership. They say what they mean and mean what they say.
They won’t pressure you or try to talk you in to something.
We will be going back there for all of our future vehicle needs! Great people who made our transaction super simple and painless! Thanks guys!!! We appreciate yall!

We have had dealing in the past with them and they have been great. But this last time was a complete nightmare, My GF bought her lincoln MKZ from them . Great car 45K miles ran and drove great, car was wrecked 2 months after she got it by a careless driver. So we went back to them for the next car, found a Audi S6 in there stock online. Talked to the explained the situation and put a deposit on the car. The assured us the car was good and ready to be sold to us. GF gets approved on saturday night and we were to finish the paper work on monday. All of a sudden monday afternoon the car can not be sold due to not passing emissions. At this point I am confused, so after work I drive down there to get a better Idea as to what is going on. They bring out there service writer out and the BS starts to flow. First the car won't pass due to the resonator being removed so the electrotonic valve is throwing a soft code. When I explain that has nothing to do with emissions the story changes to some one cut out the preheat tubes for the cats, Audi cats have not have preheat tubes since the early 2000's. Then the story changes to the ECM has been modified so the code does not show up. At that point I was done with moron liar. When they sell the car to the next person I will be filling a breach of contract lawsuit against them.

Happiest place to be when you need a car!! These folks are happy, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly accommodating to anyone, no matter your situation. These folks ate real people! Not in the business to feed your ears full of useless sales jargon. I absolutely adore Corrina Dilorenzo, and her co worker Cinton!! Their boss was so very sweet, and provided many laughs. Then Mike Schumann in financewas the best!! They provided both my son and I with beautiful vehicles and even delivered mine to Mmy house!! Seriously??? These folks ate the bomb dot com. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for your!! If you need a car???? GO SEE THESE FOLKS!! They won't "stiff" ya!!

Dave Lucas is an honest and helpful salesman. He worked with us to find the exact Pathfinder we were looking for, down to the color and trailer hitch. They even got the one we wanted from another dealership. I recommend this dealership most highly!

Dave Lucas gave me the absolute best customer service. Gave me all the information I wanted on the vehicle I was looking at, was super patient with me and my four year old, and wasn’t at all pushy when I told him all I wanted to do was run numbers that day. I was honestly going to go shop around at other dealerships in the area but after receiving the customer service that I did here I don’t think I’ll be shopping around anywhere or talk to anyone else. Absolutely great experience here to say the least. Thank y’all again for y’all’s time and patience.

marshall helped me get into a much-needed SUV to help suit my future family needs. the whole process took about 3 hours, including the test drive and finance part of it all. super fast, and it felt like the time flew by because of how fun and kind everyone was! they really make you feel like they care more about the customer than the sale of the vehicle. will definitely be returning here next time i need another vehicle, and will recommend this place to everyone i know!!

Marshall was extremely proffesional and helped out a lot in my car hunting process. Really good dealership, with a bunch of really nice people. If you do go there, I highly reccomend Marshall Gilbreath, he was really kind and really personable.

I've been to SouthWest Nissan Pre-Owned multiple times over the years & Tyler has been my go-to salesman! He really listens to what the customer wants & needs.I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator through him & I'm really enjoying it (along with everyone else in the family)! Mike in finance was great, too!Thank you, SouthWest Nissan team!

I've been a customer here for years, as needed with only 56k miles, for my 2009 Murano SL. 3/14/23 I wanted to check the price of a new, and retired demo MURANO SL for myself, as well as look for an SUV for my mother and grandmother. What followed was a 15 day ordeal like none other. 3/14 I received a price sheet for the demo Murano, and a basic quote for a 2023 model. The SUV for mom/gma is more urgent, so I schedule an appointment for 3/17 to see both a white and a gray Jeep Cherokee I had also found on their site. The gray one was a bit over $21k. Before getting to the appointment 3/17, I saw the gray Jeep had jumped in price overnight by about $2k. When I asked about it, I was then told it wasn't at their location, though it was on their site just like the white one. Fine, we looked at the white one, which was ruled out as gma's wheelchair wouldn't fit. But, we did find a 2017 Nissan Rogue everyone liked. We had two trade-ins, and I had gma pre-approved for BofA financing. They said we had to finish the BofA application in office. We left the truck trade-in with them, the Rogue was to be cleaned, have final inspection, and be delivered to us Monday 3/20 when they'd take the other trade in.Between 3/20-3-29, I was given varying stories about a part for the heater that needed to be replaced. It was ordered, backordered, delayed, an additonal part needed, service team backed up, new part backordered, wrong part installed, backordered, delayed, Nissan's entire system went down, etc... For 9 days. I also found out that credit was applied for through other lenders in my gma's name, and a loan was secured at a higher rate than what we walked in with from BofA. It was reduced when I found this out, in an effort to keep me from canceling the deal. They also said they'd cover the amount of the small down payment we were making, as a gesture of goodwill and apology. I agreed to wait until the 29th, when I was promised the Rogue would be delivered as they already had the new part.3/29 - no call, no contact from anyone. I reach out to find out what time to expect delivery only to be told yet again, the part isn't even there. We had gone 12 days at that point with them having our trade-in, and us having nothing in return. So I had had enough, and I told them we'd come pick up our truck trade-in in about an hour and cancel the sale, which we did. We actually got some pushback when I asked to have the contract shredded in front of us, but they did do it. The 15 day experience had been a nightmare, but at least it was over. So we thought...As if there wasn't already enough to the story, the first time my mother went to drive the trade-in truck the day after getting it back, a piece of an interior door panel fell off. It had been removed, broken, and super-glued to reattach, but it didn't hold. (see pics) It cannot be reattached now as they broke the clips, as well. Additionally, she found the cigarette lighter missing. We then found another small panel, behind the hood release mechanism, had also been removed, and simply wedged back behind the hood release. I can't begin to imagine what caused them to do these things. I have never had such an incredibly ridiculous experience at any dealership as I did here at Gilchrist Southwest Nissan. They have lost my service business for my current Murano, the sale and service of a vehicle for my mother and grandmother, and the future sale and service of my new Murano. I would warn anyone looking to buy a vehicle to look somewhere, anywhere else, other than Southwest Nissan, or any Gilchrist owned dealership.
