The service I received in store was nothing but amazing! I ordered a bedroom set with I have been wanting for years(6) was told it would be six weeks out for them to receive it. This was March 11th 2022, as of today May 20th 2022,(10 weeks) I have nothing. I paid a good sum of money to this business and have received nothing but "It should be on this next truck coming" "We don't know when it's coming" or "they're not answering" (they're = the warehouse they have down south where they receive everything) I've waited very patiently for this have and haven't been harassing them about it because I don't want to be that person, but it's getting a little old getting the same answer of " I don't know" ?

We recently moved to Springtown, TX, and bought a new house. We got rid of all our furniture before we came here, and needed to fill our new big house. We found everything we needed here. They had exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful rustic furniture, and great quality, the owner and the lady that works there are fabulous! I highly recommend checking them out for any furniture you need. If they don't have exactly what you want, they can get it made to your specifications. The owner also gives a military discount. Big plus!

Bought a great sofa at a great price. Found a mechanical problem when it was delivered. They sent out a replacement with no delivery charge! Great customer service!

This place deserves 100+ stars! I walked in and Laura greeted us right away she asked what we were looking for. At first she didn’t understand what I was looking for I told her I wanted a type of sectional and I was doing a horrible job of trying to explain and she was like well let’s see if we can walk around and find what your looking for and bam we walked around the corner and found the exact couch I was looking for. She said they had just got the couch in and it was just meant to be. Best conversation and everything super friendly and sweet and she definitely made you feel like an old friend that you haven’t seen in a long time I will definitely be returning in the future to upgrade mine and my husbands bed frame and all of our kids furniture!

I recently moved to the area and basically needed to furnish my whole house. I feel so lucky to have found Santa Fe Terra! The furniture is beautiful, great quality, and the prices can’t be beat. Most importantly, the customer service is top notch! No snobby salespeople, I feel like I’m shopping amongst friends here. Highly recommend!
