My son was recently in a minor fender bender, and our insurance company set us up with CarStar. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. CarStar had his truck fixed up in no time, and the customer service and communication were exceptional throughout the entire process. My car was in the collision center for 25 days. I was kept informed of the progress starting once a week then two a week up until my car was completed with all repairs. My car drives and feels like new. I appreciate everything CARSTAR Roger Williams Collision Center did.
