This carwash is a rip off. This is the second time we went through. First time we took our van and just did the express. It didn't clean the vehicle at all. It still had dirt and bugs all over it from our Oklahoma trip. Tonight we took our car through and we were talked into the $9.99 membership and got the "best" wash. We pulled through to start the wash and a kid yelled to stop and put the vehicle in neutral. That's all. No scrubbing the wheels or the front bumper or the windows like other washes with actual employees. Needless to say my windshield still has dirt on it, the top of my car is still dirty and the hood has dirty water stains now. I can get a better wash at Tiger Wash down the road but unfortunately they were closed in the evening. I don't understand the purpose of having employees when they literally have machines to do their jobs. These employees just take your money and tell you how to drive into a car wash. Meaningless job position and if it were my money paying these kids, I'd give them some scrub brushes and buckets so the vehicles actually get clean.

BEWARE! I signed up for one of their “deals” to get a month for. A discounted rate and was told I could cancel the membership before the 30 day period and would not be charged again. I did exactly that… I went in to get 1 last wash and cancel the membership (just as I was told to do) and a few days later my card was charged with a $39 charge. I reached out to them and explained that I did exactly as I was told. Their response was they see where I was there in that day, but don’t have a record of me asking to cancel and will not be refunding money.Based on the other reviews I am seeing, please BEWARE of this SCAM operation cheating good loc people out of money. It is very sad how they treat folks.

Changing to 1 star due to the last 2 times I have been this month my car is still completely dirty. The back of my vehicle has dirty brush marks and doesn’t even look like water touched it. How can it stay dry the entire car wash? Additionally my windows are greasy. I’ll be cancelling.Generally I am very happy with this car wash. Nice staff, quick, gets my car sparkly clean. Love the towels and provided tire shine, air fresheners and cleaning sprays. The membership has been worth it for me.

It's been better in the past! Doesn't do as good as it was! They had no tire shine today either! My truck just didn't seem to be as clean as it has in the past.

Harassed to purchase monthly memberships and saying it's free! I refused to purchase just wanted a one time wash. He said my card was declined. Called bank and they said no such transaction was performed. He lied bc I wouldn't purchase membership.

BE AWARE WHEN SWIPING YOUR CARDS , They tend to purposely confuse one wash with membership. The service is great but, disrespecting customers like this unprofessional and unacceptable.

Worst car wash I have ever been too. Way overpriced for a HORRIBLE clean job. $18 to just have the dirt pushed around, I went back through the line to cancel the overpriced membership I had just signed up for and complain and they told me they had to order a new part for something and that might be why it didn't clean very well...ummm what???? Got home and had to hand wash my vehicle and now my entire car is covered in a slimy thick film I can't get off!!! I'm livid. I never write distasteful reviewsBut this is expensive and it's my vehicle that I take very good care of!!!! Stay far away from this place!!!

I see a bunch of reviews about the customer service and the charges on cards. I personally haven’t had a problem with the team. Honestly everyone is really nice. What I do have a problem with is the fact that my car isn’t clean after the wash. So many water spots and smears. Service is great but I go to a car wash to wash my car. This is not the place to go if you want a clean car!!

Buyers Beware!!!My dad who came to visit me from out of town, used their services once while in town. He was offered their membership services when he pulled up but declined telling them he’s from out of town and just needed a single wash. My dad was tricked into thinking he was signing a credit card slip that turned out to be a membership!!!My dad was unknowingly being charged for nine months until it was finally caught. The manager refused to take any accountability for what was done and took a week to respond back to me. He claimed to have cancelled my membership only to have it billed AGAIN the following month!!!This business makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their memberships. Be prepared to be on hold for an hour due to their establishment always being short staffed.I don’t know how they have stayed in business for this long! Their basic lack of customer service is appalling! I would also be careful when using their car vacuums because there are bees flying all around their trash cans.There are far better car washes in Weatherford that service way better than this place! I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Saturday again no towels out to use. Call the phone number no one answers. Why have a phone if your not going to use it??? Car still doesn’t come out clean. Why?

I use rocket car wash membership and like your prices but unfortunately prices will go up because there is many people taking advantage of your vacuums and cleaning products without ever paying for a car washIt needs to be stopped.
