It took more time to get out of the parking space than it did to go thru the store. Parking lot poorly planned maybe? Donuts were dry. Cashiers seemed a little overwhelmed. I was super happy to find my favorite Mt. Dew Spark was sold there so I will be back there just for that.

This is THE best place to stop for snacks, fountain drinks, and even food on the road. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best on the interstate (even better that the place with the arches ?). The roller grill is fantastic, the fountain drinks are great, and their selection of slushes/icee's is amazing! They make all of their tea fresh and it's dumped and replaced every 2 hours! Order some ice cream on the kiosk and do yourself a favor while you're there, grab the best grilled cheese you've had in the history of ever! The pizza is top notch as well. I'm other words, you can't go wrong with anything you select because it's all phenomenal!

Gas station is well maintained, nice and clean, so they toilets are.

QT is great! I love that the employees jump in to help one another when they get busy. This helps make sure the service is fast too, and their stations are always clean!

I stop here from time to time. They changed the inside since I was last here. Got something to grub disappointed with the brisket bbq sandwich and the pork bbq sandwich it’s not worth the $5 and $6 dollars they are charging for them the pizza wasn’t to bad. All in all I usually stop for the slush selection and fountain drink selection

10-31-23Always loved this place but no longer!99 cent egg rolls with there very large “99 cent egg roll” sign are charged 2 for $3.50I’m not an idiot I realize if that’s their price than it is what it is! But again, I’m not an idiot and if you have a sign saying “99 cent egg rolls” then YOU are on the hook for the difference.Never fear (not that you cared) I did by everyone in my groups the egg rolls they all wanted.I do have a picture of the receipt by the 99 cent sign for the record.Edit: 7.5-8 hours later or so…I keep trying to upload the picture but for some reason it’s not showing up.It was only 12 egg rolls ….. which is$11.88 before tax @ 99 cents but got charged $21 before tax @ 2/$3.50This is about the principal.I go to my customers and realize something wasn’t added on but my office lady told them it was included… well it is included!Alway go above & beyond at all times.HOWEVER… my constant “above & beyond” goes the other way. Get messed over because of their mess up… I’m currently going “above & beyond”.I KNOW, just put them back.Absolutely NOT…. we put all the egg rolls in a bag and they are being squished around, I am NOT going to to put those back for someone else, but I will just buy them & continually go “above & beyod” with my review.EDIT on 11-1-23. I am sitting here watching my beloved Texas Rangers in game 5 of the World Series and what commercial came up? A QT commercial but of course…. it reminded me that I needed to voice my irritation. I KNOW it’s absurd and petty… but THAT is WHY you take of your customers!That’s THE reason our customers love us, they are ALWAYS taken care of!EDIT on 11-3-23. Mercy…. it’s odd driving by the store so often & not stoping. It’s weird filling up my box truck that holds 50 gallons of fuel at other places…. but alas… will continue passing you by. Don’t get me wrong, I wished this never happened, but it did…….again, this is absurd & petty of me……..but not honoring 12 egg rolls for 99 cents each was petty of you.So alas…….. you keep losing just that little bit of money from me, my wife, our children, our employees.EDIT on 11-4-23. FINALLY got the stupid picture to upload!!! INot really anything else to add…. just proving my anger & commitment. Anyway my wife was telling me about 3 other QT’s that are coming to the area… I AM excited about that. I always have enjoyed QT but can’t shop at this particular location anymore .. can you guess why?????. Anyway, company vehicles continue to get filled up at other stores…. missed out on hundreds of gallons of fuel sales. Along with missing out on daily sales from stopping in… but oh well, doesn’t matter to QT but I am so petty that I won’t forget. Later taterEDIT on 11-24-23 ABOUT 11-21-23 Well hello again…. here’s the dilly o….out of sheer habit of driving by QT on Tuesday the 21st I stopped in. I was walking around and realized I was in QT….The moral dilemma started, do I just leave (embarrassingly I didn’t) however I make the manager (he remembers me) come over to the rollers where the egg rolls are. There was/is a 99 cent sign for the corn dogs. I made him come over to discuss the validity of the sign… to deep dive into their integrity, to get a real feel of/for their genuineness.We discussed them and he wouldn’t even say “since their IS a sign WE placed there then the price is as stated”. Nope, he had to go look up on the computer to really delve in & verify the stickers statement that claims “99 cents”.He went over it as I stared at him until finally he came to the conclusion that the price is indeed 99 cents and gave me the go ahead to be able to pick them up off the rollers for the verified price.If I go back (you know I am going to now) I will just get verification of the price of ev…NO!!!
