I have been a client for years and with multiple pets. The vet techs are beyond belief with your pet. You know they love their occupation by their upbeat demeanor and smiles each and every time I have visited. Give them a try!

We have been going to Parker County Veterinary Hospital for years. We started when Dr Pat was there. We stayed with them when sold the business to Dr Borgers. She has maintained the excellent service for Dr Pat. The employees there know our dogs. They treat them good and are truly concerned about them. When we had to put one of our dogs to sleep due to a severe health issue, they treated her like a queen that she was, including a warm spot for her to lay down during the procedure as well as special treats for her. Dr Borgers discusses the reasons we brought our pets into them in a language we can understand. She also will direct us to others vets when she does not have the equipment to perform certain tests. In conclusion we love the way they treat our pets.

The service here is top notch and the staff is friendly. My only issue has come from what seemed to me to be high prices ..... could just be me and perhaps all vets are on this level. They have taken good care of my dog, Captain, a 135 lb. German Shepherd, and that is what matters most.

I’ve been using this vet office for nearly 8 years. It hasn’t been without its problems but I’ve looked past many because I like Dr. Tebbie Borgers. However, today when I called about my 12 year old black lab having blood in her urine, I asked if there was any way to get her squeezed in today or if it was possible to ask another patient to move a non-emergent appointment. The receptionist, Pam, laughed and said she didn’t ‘think anyone else would like to be bumped’. I explained that my dog is elderly and is peeing blood and I would like this to be treated as an urgent issue and not have someone laugh at this request. I personally would gladly move my pet’s appointment if it wasn’t an emergency and it could help another pet parent. I also personally wouldn’t choose to laugh off a patient’s desperate request to get medical help for their elderly dog. When I asked for her to take it seriously and not laugh she clearly was upset with me and put me on hold. When she came back on the line she said she would leave a message. In the meantime, I called and got an appointment made at Town and Country Veterinarian where they took the news seriously and made adjustments to get me in today. When Parker county vet called me back I informed them that I would be moving the dogs to another vet and they hung up on me. Amanda was the one I told and she cut me off and I could audibly tell she slammed the phone down. Altogether unprofessional response to an emergency for my pet, the request for my pet to see their doctor in this time of need, and unprofessional response to being asked for things to be treated seriously in this occasion and a snotty response to having a patient of 8 years and 4 dogs tell you they are leaving your practice. Disappointed and disgusted in this practice.

Can’t say enough about how much we love everyone at Parker County vet!!! We recently moved back to Fort Worth and had heard really good things about Dr. Borgers. I also wanted to support her because I’ve grown up with her husband. It’s a little longer drive than we would like, but it’s 100% worth it! Everyone who works there is a joy. They are kind, compassionate, and treat us and our pups like family. Dr. Borgers knows what she is doing! We recently got a new puppy and we just had her spayed and chipped. Dr. Borgers did so well and after a few days, our Tilly is so happy and bouncing back to normal quickly! I would highly recommend Parker County Vet for all your animal needs!

Amazing staff with big hearts! After 14 years I had to say goodbye to my little furry tootsie roll... They were kind and understanding to me and gentle and friendly with my girl. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for these amazing people
