I have been buying scrubs for more than 25 yrs and this was the BEST experience I have ever had. They understood my likes and dislikes. The staff are very sweet and helpful. Big selection of all sizes, even petite for us fun size people.

Amazing staff! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I hate to shop and they made it so easy. They asked what I liked and they had sets set up in the dressing room in minutes. They were so spot on what I wanted. I was done so fast! After this I wont go anywhere else but here!

I bought an item and went to return it , However I was told they could not take it back if it was worn I explained that it was not worn then they changed their story and said because it was taken out of the package they would not refund the item.So they just change policy to suit them. Very unprofessional management. And simply just do not care about their customers.

I always have a hard time finding plus size scrubs, mainly because I have never had anyone really help me. When I went looking for scrubs today, I was shown various brands and styles. They asked what my favorite colors were, and she filled a dressing room up for me to try on. Then, she showed me the clearance area and helped me select what fit best. I ended up with 5 sets and spent a lot less than I would have going somewhere else. I will definitely be getting scrubs here for now on!!

The only place to get scrubs. The owner is amazing, I ❤️ her! I drive almost 2 hours to come up here and she always takes care of me. Large array of sizes not just for small or fit people either. She made my day today ☺️ Also it was at lunch time and she took care of her employees and let them go and eat while she took care of me. Prices can not be best either!

This scrub store made my experience nothing but easy and effortless. I had placed an order with another scrub company (not naming names) and unfortunately something happened and I wouldn't have my scrubs in time for my new job, like I originally thought. I found NTU when I searched for Scrub stores near me, so I rushed over there to find some scrubs that fit me before I started my job in the next coming days. When I got here I was greeted and immediately had one of the women (I unfortunately didn't get her name) come to help me. I told her my dilemma and she was quick to find scrubs in the color, size, and styles I like. I was able to find some scrubs (thank goodness!) and when I was checking out, got to talking with the owner of the store, who is such a kind person to be around!! Thank you to the people at NTU that helped me with my troubles. You guys rock!!

If you like freedom this is not the store for you. If you are a fauci follower, mask Karen's abound. No matter the state has been open for months, masks or no shopping. That's fine, your store. But I wanted to spend bank for the wife as a surprise and will be sending my $ elsewhere. Family have spent lots of money there and will not be back. As they said "this is a private business" and this review is a heads up to all who like to reward businesses aligned with their values.

All you have to do is walk in and say where you work or go to school and they get you what you need. Very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what you need they can order it and it will arrive quickly. I have had patches put on for school and a jacket monogrammed, all in a timely matter. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!
