We were recommended to this business by a previous moving service who was unavailable for our move and we didn’t even get past the quoting process. I had questions that remained unanswered and throughout the quoting process, my messages were most likely left on read, as it took so much time to get a response.They missed my initial phone call and never tried to call me back to make the quoting process easier. It took a business day and me reaching out the previous moving company to get a text message back.They may be great movers and this could’ve just been a bad time for them, but they’re missing out on money because they couldn’t complete the process of getting us quoted. We moved on for our own sake.

I just recently used them and they were amazing! The team of 4 guys who came in were great! Great attitudes, hard workers, and honestly just a pleasure to be around! I would gladly recommend then to anyone!

We used New Start Moving when we moved from our home and were very pleased with them. They were very professional and made sure nothing got damaged. I was impressed how there would be a guy watching to make sure furniture coming through doors didn't hit the door jams and a couple guy handling the furniture. We especially loved how they took the bed frames and dining table apart while moving and reassembled them at the new place which saved us so much time on having to put everything back together. The guys were very respectful to us and got the job done swiftly. I highly recommend this company.

My gun was stolen by one of the movers. As a concealed to carry holder who remembers exactly where my gun was and know the man who packed up the room was the last place it was seen, it’s gone. Same individual who showed up smelling like weed to do a job. Would not recommend, be careful. I’ve used this company multiple times and until this last time had good experiences, they are not careful who they hire.

Just no! For starters we only needed them to move things from the storage room in the back to inside the house. I understand it is really hot weather and we supplied them with Gatorade but their attitude was just rude over all. I don't think you need to jump for joy but the attitude given when having to give direction on which box goes where was just unnecessary. Several times we had to ask them to be careful to not scratch their dolly against the wood flooring. That along with knocking over my plants and then not fixing them was rather annoying. Defiantly wouldn't hire for the big move we're about to do.

First of all I would like to say that the actual movers called me the morning of the move and kept me updated on their arrival time. They were extremely helpful. It was super cold and rain/ice was likely for the day but they still did my move. The guys were very nice and professional. I had a lot of loose items in my storage unit and they were able to move those as well. I would recommend and use their services in the future!

We used this company for a residential move twice in one month. Both crews were absolutely fantastic. All of the employees were fast and efficient. They were respectful and polite during our interactions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We’re going to use them for any future moves. Top notch service. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We hired New Start Moving and were so amazed. The crew that came to load our belongings was AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things about Nick, Javier, and Deric (apologies if I messed up anyones name). We were so impressed that we requested them to unload at our new home.

We hired New Start Moving and were so amazed. The crew that came to load our belongings was AMAZING!! I cant say enough good things about ***** ******* ***** (apologies if I messed up anyones name). We were so impressed that we requested them to unload at our new home.These guys were close to superhuman. My wife and I couldnt believe how fast they were able to load and unload all of our stuff. The items I thought would be the most difficult they had loaded in 15 minutes.They were super friendly, respectful of our belongings and homes, efficient, and fast! I would highly recommend New Start Moving and this crew especially.

I have been a renter since moving to Texas 2 years ago and recently bought a house. Due to the hot housing market the whole process moved ext quickly. I found myself at closing only 25 days after the first viewing of what is now my home. New Start Moving came highly recommended by a coworker who had used them twice in the past. I couldn't have been happier. They were extremely professional, helpful and true gentlemen. I have completed a lot of my unpacking and maybe for the first time ever moved without a single breakage. There were certain items that I moved in my car such as food packed in coolers and the still insisted on lifting those items and helping any way they could. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need a mover again, the will be at the top of my list.

These guys helped me out on a move VERY last minute in the Fort Worth area! Couldn't say enough how fast, efficient, courteous, and overall great that they were! I VERY STRONGLY recommend this company.

The first time we used these guys they were awesome. That was for an unloading job only.The second time we used them it was terrible! The 'foreman' couldn't even be friendly. He glared at us and had an attitude the entire time they were there. We had a 26' truck, 2 bedrooms and the rest of a 1200 square foot place. They loaded the truck entirely incorrectly and we had to leave a ton of stuff behind that wouldn't fit into the truck due to the way they loaded it. For a move of 400 miles, this was not acceptable. Not to mention that they worked for 3 hours, 3 guys, and STILL didn't finish the job. One of them was too busy talking to his probation officer to work. We planned on leaving in the afternoon and due to their incompetent skills, we ending up leaving town at 9:45pm and driving all night after having to load ourselves. We quite literally had 125 boxes, a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, a sofa, an entertainment center, a desk, a stereo, a coke machine, a swing set, tool box, 2 rocking chairs, a tiny dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 bedroom sets....one of which was just a crib and a dresser. We've done this before and an experienced crew can load a 4 bedroom home with all the appliances into the same size truck. Our movers on the other end were appalled.I have literally recommended this moving company for years to anyone moving but highly recommend at this point NOT to use them for ANYTHING. Terrible experience.
