I had a home wifi problem and gave them the old one and they gave us a new one and it still didn't work we had to drive a hour to get there and they still can't slove my problem and bad cousmer serves don't go here

Their upgrade prices are expensive. The cheaper prices are if you add another line. I need a new phone period I'm surprised it's lasted this long.

We visited this store on Sunday at like 6:30 because I broke my phone and by the grace of God this store was open until 8. Turns out I had to get a new and different phone. The gentleman Sana could not have been more helpful and courteous and pleasant to work with. His service was not only expedient but excellent. We were definitely grateful for his help with the phones and updating our account in an urgent manner. What a great asset he is!

This guy is scamming people. If you buy a new phone he will set up a second account and tell you that you must come back in 48 hours which will cost you money you can not get back. He will say the phone can not be activated and you have to come back to only his store. DO NOT GO TO THIS METRO. IT IS A SCAM!!

MJ was extremely helpful with getting set up with the Home WiFi even offered to help set up the app on my phone. This Metro is the one to go to ( Do NOT go to the other one down the road by Golden Moon!)

Got overcharged x2 at this location. Wasn’t even on the receipt. Thank goodness I got all my money back though. Be careful what u get charged for at this one. At that we had to go through corporate to resolve issue.

Run, don’t walk, away from this store! You think you are purchasing one plan but end up on another due to misdirection. Whether it was an honest mistake on their part or not we will never know but the insurance was a deliberate padding. We clearly stated that we did not want insurance.We kept trying to get these matters resolved and the employees at this location were not helpful either on the phone or in person. This particular store gives Metro Mobile a black eye.
