This was the absolute best furniture shopping experience I've ever had!!!! Ms Jesi meet us at the door asked what we were looking for, showed to the recliners & backed off, she didn't hoover and try to push something on us, she just let us look & answered questions as needed. Then as we were lookin the Rep for Lazy Boy showed us a fabric demo about spill's & described the power recliners. Jesi even learned new things!!!! We walked in planning on two regular recliners, we walked out with a powered one for my Hubby and a regular called the Maverick for me!!! Delivery fees were great & delivery speed was amazing. We bought on a Friday & got the on Monday!!!! They didn't even try to force us to order them in the same material so that they matched!!! So much better than my experience with another furniture store that is now in Hudson Oaks off of I-20!!!We will be back!!!!

Jesse, she took me right under her wing and
showed me everything I was interested in and
more. She was so friendly and patient she
took her time with me did not rush me .It was
so nice to have Jesse help me. we found what
I was looking for and everything went
extremely smooth. Thank you Jesse!! I will be
returning to your wonderful store

Order furniture before Christmas 2021. No one from store ever called with updates on item. I called once a month and was given the run around. Finally was told they would refund me a hundred dollars for my trouble. Was promised free local delivery when order. Item finally arrived in July and was told because of the refund they could no longer deliver for free or I could give the refund back and then delivery would be free. After talking with manager a salesperson called and told me the manager said to refund the item after I said I waited 7 months for this item I still want it. Very bad customer service and owner is very rude.

I’m giving Willhite one star because there is no rating lower than that. It took 11 months to get my recliner. It has taken 14 months now and still do not have the rest of my order. Worst of all of the 11 pieces I bought and paid for 8 of them arrived broken or destroyed all together and had to be replaced. Still waiting. When I call the sales girl or worse yet the store manager I’m threatened with canceling my order. After waiting all this time on furniture I have paid for the last thing I want is to have to reorder it somewhere else. I have never received any updates on my orders without call them. No one has ever called me to update me. Poor service is a understatement. The people who own this store clearly don’t know what happened to their business. Avoid this place in every way possible.

Terrible communication, they won't call you or give you updates on your furniture. I had to call four times and was told my furniture was there, then when I went to pick it up they sold my piece to someone else and told me they never had it and it just shipped. I was told it was my fault because I was calling and not waiting for them to call causing confusion. Not sure what was confusing, as I paid in full for the piece and was on my way to pick it up because I was told it was in store. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this place unless the furniture is in stock and ready to go.

my wife and i went to Willhite to purchase a new sofa. we picked out a nice brown one and was told they had a grey one in the warehouse we specifically wanted the brown one. we paid for it but was told it would take a week to deliver, thought that was odd but agreed. the guys carried the sofa into the house and it was grey. we told them it was the wrong color and was told we would have to call the store and the abruptly left. we called the store and was told that was the one we purchased and that it looked brown because the lighting in the store is different than our house. we were told they would send the truck back with a check for refund minus the delivery fee 100.00 each way. they never showed up and lied to us several time. very deceitful business.

I purchased a new sofa Tuesday with a delivery date of Thursday. They said was the driver will call. Driver calls at 11 and says they should be here by 1. One comes and goes, I call the driver and they said they got behind and should be here by 3, it is now 5:09 and they are JUST getting back to the store and loading it!!! Delivery for this place SUCKS at best. They need to learn the concept of SCHEDULING deliveries and sticking to a SCHEDULE. An ENTIRE day was wasted waiting on this delivery
