Unfortunately you might want to consider using another dealer for your Hyundai's service needs as what I just experienced...I wouldn't recommend this dealer for ANY service needs. While the "front" end of this business (sales) are delightful their undoing is the service dept which I've seen quite a lot over the years of buying new vehicles.
I made an appointment over the phone for warranty service on my '25 Tucson but come to find out the shop is 2-3 days behind and couldn't take a look at my vehicle the day I brought it in. The girl taking reservations never told me this...I had to find out AFTER making a 30+ mile 1 way trip to the dealer on the day that I had my appointment, so whats the deal about making appointments when they cannot even keep them..?? The service advisor tells me they don't have "loaner" vehicles and I would have to rent a vehicle to get back home, and still yet again this was not mentioned by the girl taking reservations. When I purchased this vehicle almost 2 months ago the sales team told me they had loaner vehicles which helped me to make the decision to purchase from this dealer, but now when my new vehicle needs warranty service all of a sudden they DON'T have loaner vehicles, Hmmmmm.... I wonder what would have happened if this was an emergency and there wasn't time to make an appointment.? So please be advised this is NOT a good place for service as I'm a first (and now LAST) time customer and now have to find another dealer that CAN look at my vehicle and fix the things that are wrong without making excuses.

From the beginning when I reached out interested in a vehicle, through the test driving process, to the purchasing process, I felt zero pressure. Jackson was great and very accommodating. Even though he is relatively new, he was up front and never acted like he knew it all. He was quick to ask the manager or a co-worker to get me an answer to my questions, and I had lots of them as expected with such a large purchase. The whole experience was the best I’ve had ever purchasing a vehicle, hands down. I highly recommend Jerry’s Hyundai and the salesman Jackson.
