My experience with the service department specifically, has been good until my vehicle broke down 500 miles from home. I attempted to call Dylan (my service advisor), yet I was not able to reach him after several attempts, voicemails, etc. I went so far as to ask the receptionist to place a handwritten note on his desk letting him know it was me and what my issue was. Sure, I could have asked for whomever was available, but I've been relying on this guy for years when it come to my vehicle. Bottom line is, DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOURE VEHICLE HAS PUT YOU DOWN.

I paid $580 to have a 60,000 mile maintenance done. I drove out of their service center and at the first gas station I stopped at, my car broke down. I got someone to help me jump the battery. Took it to Auto Zone and they said my battery was definitely bad, probably from poor installation. My battery is only a year old so I called Jerry's and spoke to Juan. He said he would escalate it to his supervisor, but never called back. I am so disappointed and angry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Took my truck for oil and fuel filter change. Called ahead and got a quote. Confirmed quote upon arrival. Then magically got charged an extra hundred dollars after three hour oil change. Couldn't say anything other than " well, I'm sorry" place was clean and people were friendly. Not very good communication I suppose.

I just wanted to give Connor a shout-out. My little family and I stopped by to view a few cars and Connor assisted us. Even though they didn’t have what we were looking for, he was awesome. He was patient and knowledgeable anr the best part was, he wasn’t pushy. If I were going to buy a car from there it would certainly be from him!

Oof. This is the second time I’ve brought my car in. The first time I asked for a full inspection that was never done. It sat for 2 hours and they claimed to have done it but there is absolutely zero documentation of it… since it’s under a warranty I need proper documentation and exploration of the issue to ensure I am covered. Brought in a second time for my oil consumption check in (which I am working with another dealership on). Received no invoice and it does not appear to have been documented.If you need documentation fora vehicle concern related to warrantyI don’t advise going to Jerry’s Buick or Cadillac. Currently waiting to see if they will document and send the invoice over to me so my time wasn’t completely wasted for a second time. I definitely don’t trust their service department at this point and will likely just go to Hiley instead for everything since they seem on top of things.

We purchased a new escalade here. The rep was Connor & the service was impeccable. Since then we compare every new car sale to that experience & it’s not even close. The kindness, honesty, and customer care was more than we could hope for. A sincere thank you to the Jerry’s crew, and to Connor for the stellar experience.

Well Ken, in service, I have been waiting 5 days for you to contact me about service and provide me with a loaner to complete service on a a car that was bought brand new, 7 months old, with a service emission light that has been on since Christmas Eve. The remote start no longer works. But I understand now that your customer service is far from being in the best interest of the customer. Customer service is the utmost priority in my business, however, I find it no longer exists in most places. And Jerry's Cadillac is now on that list of findings.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Brought my 2018 Cadillac Escalade here due to the vehicle being completely dead even after having AAA come out and exchange my battery. They called and said we "jumped the car backwards and caused the cables to melt" and of course those parts are not covered under the extended warranty so it'll be $1300. My car has never been jump started so my husband asked if they could figure out what else would cause the cables to melt because it was not jumped and if we Did go ahead and exchange the cables how do we know it will not just happen again. They said no nothing is wrong, it was jumped backwards. We went and picked up the car and they charged us $175 as a diagnostic fee even tho those melted cables are literally viewable by lifting the hood and taking off the plastic cover but whatever. Took my car to a different Cadillac dealership in fortworth. Sure enough the alternator needing replacing which caused the cables to melt and battery to fry. 100% covered by my warranty. DO NOT GO HERE. Take your business elsewhere. It's a scam and they do not listen to their customers. I am so glad we took our car to get a second opinion and didn't give this company another penny.

I normally do not do this, however I’m extremely unhappy. There has been a recall on my vehicle, so I scheduled pickup/ drop off service. The sales advisor was very informative and helpful, but the receptionist is completely rude and should not be working customer service, because she has none. Today my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up at 7am, I call them at 8:30am to make sure everything was still good. The sales advisor told me yes, he was working on getting things ready and dispatch should be calling me within the next hour when they are on there way. 3 hours later I call back and could only get a hold of the not helpful receptionist.. I leave a message with her, along with a second message with the advisor. At 1 pm I get a missed call from someone else in the service department saying “we sent you a text earlier to confirm address and other details, but we never heard back from you. Unfortunately it’s to late in the day to get this done” and now that person is not answering the phone. They have wasted my time, I will not be using this dealership again.

We just purchased a 2022 XT6. Working with Connor Page was great. Connor responded to my online conversation within minutes. He was transparent about the availability of the vehicle I wanted. He took all of my information along with pictures and information on my trade in. He explained that without truly seeing my trade in he couldn't give me exactly how much we could get. He promised if it was as good as we said he would get more for the trade and he promised that as soon as the vehicle came in it would be mine. He did all of that. He called when the car arrived, he gave me more for my trade in because the car was as nice as I said it was, and he held the vehicle for me!!!!!! NO GAMES, NO HASSLING, NO BROKEN PROMISES! If you want to buy a Cadillac, he is one to work with. We drove a little over an hour from Denton to make the deal! The rest of the transaction was just as seamless! Thank you everyone and we will recommend you to all!

Found a car, did our research, went to the dealership to inquire and make a deal. Wife and I was informed that we would be notified ahead of time when the vehicle would be arriving. Never got a email, call or text. The car came and went and we still have yet to be notified about anything. Would not recommend Jerrys Cadillac to anyone.
