We brought our car in for repairs after we got in a low speed accident. The repairs seemed, at first glance, to be entirely cosmetic, pretty straightforward and so we weren’t expecting it to take very long at all. However, when they did the inspection, and when they looked closely they found multiple issues, including the frame being partially bent. Thankfully, it was only a few centimeters, but a bent frame is still very serious. It needs to be repaired properly. They did an amazing job, inspecting the vehicle and checking for any and all damage.
I worked with Donnie Kerns and he kept me updated every single step of the way. I knew exactly what the plan was for my car that week and what they were projecting the completion date to be. They were very great in their communication skills.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who has been in an auto accident and is needing repairs to be done. The process was amazing. The staff was incredible. The service was bar none.

Top job by Carter and his crew. He adopted our car. Ordered the parts and kept in touch with us as to when to bring the car. ( to help limit the cost of the rental) We brought the car in on the 4th of April. On the 19th we were able to pick up the car. Totally impressed with the repair and especially how well the car was washed and detailed. Since we bought the car in October of 2017,I won't let anyone service the car but this company.

I didn't even want my brand new car after it was rear ended. I took it to Jerry's and they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new again and, so far, drives great. Donnie was awesome and kept me informed of the weekly progress. I would highly recommend them for any repair work you need.

Horrible service... all they do is give you the run around on things and take months on the smallest repairs. Had to take the car back multiple times just for them to end up charging the insurance for things they broke.I dont recommend any one to go there.

These guys did a great job fixing my car. There was a delay on getting some parts which caused us to go over our timeline that insurance would pay for the rental but they took care of the additional days for the car rental.

Horrible experience !!! Really sad LOVE my car so sad about the experience I chose to go through the dealer that was awesome,however going to the body shopped was let me just say wow big change !!! And not good!! JERRYS COLLISION CENTER RUDE RUDE AND RUDE! The lady only cares about getting your deductible. I did ask for her help and again she just said sign and pay!! They could care less guess they figure the insurance is paying so we can do or say anything receptionist is rude just wanted to make sure she collected my deductible and un helpful they want you to sign documents that are blank. Chapin the (Rep) really could care less so sad, just backed the rude receptionist.I guess the $$ that the insurance and your deductible pays is for self service only chose them because of the amazing service we have received at the dealership. Super disappointed would never recommend or if I need to have any body work would go anywhere else. Go to any other dealer that really cares !!!!!!
