i will say i am very happy and surprised with my purchase.
Every used car i’ve gotten looks good on the lot… no lights on the dash or anything. then when i drive it after a week or 2. the check engine light comes on EVERY TIME!
i did NOT Have high hopes for this car at all. ive had my car for about 3 months now and was waiting for the check engine light to come on. well guess what. IT DIDNT. i actually got a good, reliable, used car! they don’t reset the dash to make it seem like everything is good on the lot like all the other places!
I have and will continue to recommend this place to my family and friends.

My wife is the only driver of her 2022 Genisis G70 and keeps it in top condition. Neither she or I smoke or drink coffee in our vehicles. The vehicle was purchased at Jerry’s Hyundai and that is where all maintenance has been performed…until now.She left the genesis at the dealership and used a loaner while parts were on order. After a couple of weeks, she picked up the vehicle. On driving it home, her throat and nose began burning from a chemical smell used to mask cigarette smoke. Upon getting the car home, she found cigarette ashes on the floor, coffee rings in the console and a nasty film on the inside of the windows from someone smoking in the vehicle. The dealership’s answer? No one in that department smokes.They suggested taking the vehicle back and letting them keep it another day to be detailed. They declined to have it detailed at our house, just a few miles from the dealership.Since someone was either driving the car or at the very least using it as a personal break room, we declined the offer to leave the vehicle with them again.We are disgusted with the service department and their response.

Bought a used Cadillac SUV at the Weatherford site. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. Bought from sales rep. Mario R. and he couldn't have been more helpful; answered all questions and was knowledgeable. Also, this dealership is where I spent the least amount of time in a Finance office. Finance mgr was organized and promptly finished the business. Overall, a very good experience!

Purchased a used low mileage GMC pickup.I was not informed had only one fob. They have not offered a second fob. This hasn’t helped the marriage.They have Not even offered a reduced cost or free programming. If I had known this I probably would not have purchased truck. Going to dealership to see if can negotiate, having been in retail business actions like this can destroy the reputation of dealership. Watch your back!!!More to follow.

Terrible! Did not honor several promises made at purchase and was anything but courteous and respectful. I am a 75 year old retired pastor .... not quite used to that. Service department relies on voice-mail, dealership only wants to argue when these issues are brought up. Zero value placed on customers. Rude and cibdescending. Never again.

My first experience here was great but it went downhill within a few weeks. The salesman, Darrell, was great and kept trying to rectify the issue, but it wasn’t happening. I made a call to the manager and they voided the first sale and I bought another car from Darrell. He’s very charming! This car is beautiful and there are no “issues” at all. Jimmy the finance guy worked his magic so I am very happy with this purchase.Everyone in that place makes you feel welcome. They stay busy but they make you feel like your are the most important person. Now I know why people keep returning for their next car, and the next one and the next one. Thank you!!

Their service department completely falsified findings. Bought a 2018 $100k truck and went 4 years with a battery drain. Finally had it repaired by another company, Jerrys fabricated their findings. Why? I personally think it was a lazy tech and management isn’t knowledgeable enough to call his bluff.

ZERO STARS. Took my car for an insurance claim for hitting an animal, body work needed. Got my car bvk with NO A/C! They put freon in it, only to have it leak right back out. They denied any liability even tho my a/c has never given me problems AND blew ice cold when I took it in! Now I am paying 2g out of pocket to repair the damages THEY caused. Crooks! And I'm sure they expected me to get my repairs there. HECK NO! Wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Called for appointment for an oil change, sales person stated they did not have an opening for the day, had to asked when, she said the right things, but her heart was not it it, she continually sighed through out the conversation.
