I frequent this veterinarian clinic often and I must say, the love and dedication Dr. Sweatt shows towards the animals is truly remarkable. It is evident that he had a genuine passion for helping and caring for them. His willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best possible care is truly amazing. I am always impressed by his knowledge and expertise in veterinary medicine as well as his willingness to explain things so I understand fully, but what stood out the most was his compassionate approach towards every animal that come through the clinic's doors. It's clear that he sees his work not just as a job, but as a calling to make a difference in the lives of these precious creatures. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic for anyone looking for a caring and dedicated professional to entrust their beloved pets' health to.

Doctor Sweatt is truly a kind and amazing vet. I took my pet goat to him to be castrated and was extremely nervous about it. Doctor Sweatt took the time to explain the options for the procedure after seeing how scared I was for my goat Toby. We chose to sedate him to make it the least traumatic experience possible. I was allowed to be there the entire time, and he was so gentle and kind to my sweet boy. I will go to Doctor Sweatt from now on with all of my livestock. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH DOCTOR SWEATT, for hearing me out and taking such good care of my baby. Here is Toby, 15 minutes after the procedure, at home, happy, calm and eating hay.

I brought my dog in on a Friday because she was not eating. 14 days later and almost $2,500 later, I bring her home still sick and she died 6 days later. I informed the hospital and no one even bothered to call me and see what happened. So disappointed at a "no diagnosis", and trial and error approach that put my dog through so much pain and fear.

I have trusted Dr. Craig Sweatt with my horses for almost 10 years, well before he and Dr. Hutchins opened the clinic. I put my trust and care in the hands of the people Dr.Sweatt has chosen to work with. The staff are great, not only with animals but their owners too. I will only use another vet in an emergency when I can't get to NTVH. They are the best of the best, you will be putting your trust in the right people here!

Dr. Sweatt X-rayed my horse's right front because she was sore. Told me she had navicular, and injected both front feet because he said if she had it in one, she'd have it in the other. Charged me $1300. She was still lame a few days later, so took her to an expert horse lameness vet. He did X-rays and said she had beautiful navicular bones. He then determined it was a strained tendon. Big difference and Dr. sweatt is either incompetent or was taking advantage of me. . Asked for a refund of my $1300 due to his huge misdiagnosis and they said no.

Great! They see all my animals, large and small. Iv had 2 emergency visits. One for small animal one for big animal. They did great. And I feel they're priced pretty good. Running my dog in for emergency surgery with a big gash pretty much at closing time was about $300, which I thought was pretty good.

Dr Hutchins is absolutely the best! He always goes above and beyond to help his clients out. He is extremely organized, professional, and friendly. He doesn't try to price gouge anybody and is extremely knowledgeable. We are truly blessed to have him in our community.

While traveling from East Texas to West Texas with our horse, who was loaded in a stock trailer, we had to make a sudden stop. During the stop my sweet horse fell and gashed his head. We couldn't tell how deep or sever the injury was and naturally it happened on a Sunday. I googled the closest emergency equine vet and ended up at ESMS. We are so thankful to the staff and Dr. Rudy Madrigal who took excellent care of us. The wound did require sutures and they wasted no time in taking care of our sweet horse. We got full instructions on post care and the pain medicine that was to be given for a few days following. Surprisingly for all the time and care that was given, the fee was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend ESMS. I wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely use them for all our equine needs.

Dr.Hand is one of the greatest Equine Doctor to grace the medical world of Equine Surgery. He helped me with the process of what was going to happened to my horse. He was very thoughtful and understand and very detailed with his work and the rehab of my horse. The staff was great and very thoughtful and very friendly. Place is very clean and scientific with their work and testing with the work they do with their horse 17/10 would recommend to any one I know.

This is an old fashioned country vet, which is almost impossible to find. They made several house calls, coming the same day I called, when my aging German Shepard began to decline in health. She was suffering from hip dysplasia, chronic bladder infections, and could no longer travel in the car. I had been going to Foland before this time. FWI, I trust Foland, but hey are more expensive, not as friendly, and pushy with their vaccine/ medication program. They will call/ email many times to get you to come in. It began to feel like sales calls, and so I was pleased to find another vet who seemed less drug centered and more willing to see each patient as an individual. Even though I was a new patient they went out of their way to make sure Sandy was comfortable the last year of her life. North Texas is professional, affordable and the staff is super caring. Deciding when to euthanize my best friend was the hardest decision I have made to date. At the end of the day, I used "Lap of Love" doggie hospice and was glad I did. While North Texas was willing to come to my house, the dogie hospice was more focused on the overall experience for Sandy (and me too). They took their time throughout the process being very aware of the comfort of everyone involved. More on Lap of Love Animal Hospice, Sandy was a big dog and still mentally sharp when her body gave out on her. So I was relieved when they went the extra mile, making sure she was fully sedated. They included Sandy's "sister" who came in several times to check on her, and to finally say goodbye. She seemed to understand what was happening. The doctor was extremely gentle and kind. She asked me if I wanted to make a clay paw print which I am glad to have. They are true experts in this area and are worth every penny. Sandy went very peacefully, feeling loved and comfortable.

I recently saw a Facebook post where someone's dog had been hit by a car. I called this vet because they were local and explained to them that this person didn't have any money. The receptionist said that she would speak to the veterinarian and get back to me. The receptionist called me back within a few minutes and told me to let the person with the injured dog know to come on in and they would see what they could do. They helped the dog that was injured for very little money & worked with the owner on the minimal bill. I am happy to say that North Texas Veterinary Hospital is now my vet. I don't want everyone to think this is a free vet service, because they aren't. But they were not obligated to do anything for the dog, but they did. This proves they truly do care about animals. I just took my dog there & have spent over $500 for services. I will continue to take all 5 of my dogs to this vet. I'm proud to say this is my veterinarian & they honestly care about your pet!

Dr. Hand was the surgeon on staff who helped my horse through surgery and now his rehabilitation process. Very kind, detailed, and thorough when it comes to a comprehensive plan to get my horse back to work. All staff I had met and been involved in with his rehab have been fantastic, even sending follow up videos of his progress. Could not be happier with results but more so the work put in to get him where he is now. Thank you, it means the world to me!

NTVH is the most caring place for animals!!! I took my little Alley dog in to see Dr. McLeod on a Friday afternoon. She was having seizures! :( This Dr. literally sat with me and totally helped me to understand what possibly was going on with my Alley dog. She covered all the bases!!! I went home with meds & by Monday, Alley was back to normal!!!! No more seizures!!! I will never go anywhere else but NTVH with my beloved doggies! The Vet Techs, Receptionists & Staff are so sweet! You can just tell that they are animal lovers!!! A BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR OUR ANIMALS!!!!
