Very friendly, I've been a customer since 2009. For me it is worth the trip from Fort Worth to Weatherford to go buy hay for my Dairy Goats.Best hay around, Alfalfa and Bermuda hay are always very green and smells fresh, it doesn't matter on what month of the year you go and buy it, it's always the same good quality and best prices around.

We spent thousands of dollars at Horseman’s Supply when they had the most spectacular sales lady, Beth Omohundro. I even told Ted, the previous owner, that we appreciated her expertise. She knew everything about horses, animals, care, and feed. Then, they made the mistake of firing her and Robert. I’ve heard many others say the same thing—the company put the nail in the coffin by hiring young kids who knew NOTHING! We will NEVER go back. The last time we went, the shelves were primarily empty and what was there was disorganized. The owner was scrambling and working the register. She didn’t know the first thing and was asking the kids how to work the machine when she inadvertently charged the customer ahead of us for one of our items. When she realized her mistake, she had to chase that customer out into the parking lot. Again, a kid had to explain to her how to correct the transaction. Also, we went in looking for 1200 denier coats. When we asked, they knew NOTHING about coats. I suggest any other company than this one.
