We had the best experience at this dealership. Huge thank you to Joe! Joe made our experience so stress free, quick, and easy! Keegan in finance was great, too. I'm so glad that we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Honda. The facility was clean, and everyone was friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Shout out to Ken in the service department. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you.

Todd sold my "new to me" car, to me. He was the first one to meet me in the lot, and very good at explaining things, throughout the process. He got me into a decent used car, for my budget, and credit worthiness. Rates right now are not the best, but I'm not having to take a shuttle or walk. :)

After a very unfortunate discussion with the sales director, Trey Glasscock, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I have loved the service side of the dealership but Mr Glasscock has ruined that all in one phone call. He was rude, spoke over me, cut me off (literally every sentence) and did not acknowledge what i was asking him. He offered to delete my information from their system, I told him no and he proceeded to tell me he would do it anyways. He was unprofessional, rude and lacks the most basic manners. I am unsure of how he became a “director” of sales because he has ZERO respect for customers and ZERO communication skills.

In all of my car buying experiences this one ranks up there with the best. Trey Glasscock was fantastic! He was very professional, answered all of our ?'s and made the experience very simple. I highly recommend Honda of WeatherFord to anyone looking at buying a car!

I owe my bank almost 27,000 on a car that I bought not even 5 months ago from Honda of Weatherford. I scheduled for a diagnosis then once I arrived the guys told me they would have to keep it over night because 3:30 was too late In the day. Why not tell me that over the phone? So I had to drive my car with an over heated transmission back home and then to the dealership first thing in the morning. The guys hand me a bill worth over 9,000$ of all the work that needs done on my car. I haven't even finished paying 6 months off of the 6 years I will be paying on this vehicle. Then, just for the diagnosis they hand me another bill of 150.00. Just to tell me the car they sold me 4 short months ago is a piece of garbage.

I went up there to look at a Honda and spoke to Charlie. I told him that my husband and I had planned to pay in cash or use our own financing... He told me that I would still have to fill out a credit application and have a hard pull, because of identity theft. Honda of Weatherford is the epitome of used car salesmen... Full of lies and changing information. When my husband called to complain about the experience that I had, he was told a different story that they may be able to sell me a car if I came with cash or a check from my bank without a credit check from Honda of Weatherford. If you want me to fill out a credit application because you want to see if you can beat my bank just tell me that. Don't lie to me and tell me that I have to fill out a credit application to buy a car from your lot in any respect. This is not the first review with this experience... Please find yourself a reputable car dealer in lieu of Honda of Weatherford... You can do better, and they should be forced to do better too!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with everyone that we dealt with at Honda of Weatherford. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our sales person was Jacob, who is a young, personable guy and always helpful. We totally recommend Honda of Weatherford to anyone that's considering to purchase a new vehicle.....you won't regret it.

I purchased a Honda Pilot Touring pkg in April of 2019. I love the vehicle and I've had GREAT service from Honda of Weatherford. I would recommend them to anyone and especially would recommend getting anything Honda! Best vehicles out there in my opinion. They just run and never give you problems.

Nice looking show room. Kept trying to push me to a different vehicle. I found one on the lot had seen it the day before. Went back the next day and test drove it. Told them yes I want it give me a price and they come back we can't sell it to you our service dept has all 2020 spoken for except these touring crv. No I am only interested in this one we can't sell it to you and don't know why it was on the lot for sale and it was priced for sale just refused to sell. Was pushing to sell 2021 crv that I did not like they kept saying it's basically the same car. It's not. Very disappointed. So I left without purchasing a new vehicle.

I would not recommend having your Honda serviced at this location. I put my Honda in to get brakes and air filter done only and they took it upon their self to do more work without talking to me about it. They also said 3 hours wait time we'll I didn't get my vehicle back for almost 24 hours later. They added also additives without talking to me first to get my consent. They absolutely don't care about a customer's hard earn money. I'm very upset about this matter and all they could say is well we already put them on so there is nothing we can do. I'm a woman and feel they did all this because I'm a woman. This is not right. Be blessed and be careful.

I will preface this by saying the owner is trying to make it right, which I respect... However, this dealership, like many others, uses questionable and veiled business practices. I arrived with cash, and with my own financing if I wanted to use it (and by the way I was approved for that financing without a hard credit inquiry), and I was very explicit with my salesman from the beginning that I did not need financing, and to not run my credit. He acknowledged this. I was told in the buying process to fill out what looked like a credit application and when I raised the question, he assured me they were not running my credit, but that they collect this information for "identity verification." Lo and behold, they had submitted an application for credit. [Of note, I had not signed the form and only put my information on it, making it illegal to have run my credit.] How did I know this? First, I got a push notification from my credit monitoring service. At first I assumed it was a coincidence because it could have been a notification for anything. But when I got to the finance desk, I was being told I had "excellent credit, we could probably beat your bank!" Excuse me... why do you have my credit information?! Then I was certain what they had done. Then, when I chose to put down a large amount of cash and finance the rest with my personal financing, he tried to make me sign paperwork which was for financing the whole amount. I stopped and said I wasn't signing this, and he said "oh, you just pay the cash to your bank, that's how it works." No, idiot, that's not how it works, and I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I called my bank right in front of him so that they would state on speakerphone that paying them the cash instead of the dealership would have resulted in higher monthly payments and paying more interest. His response was "oh I didn't know that, I've seen people do it." Sure, buddy. I had to maintain my friendly composure to finish the deal, but I was furious. This dealership will absolutely take advantage of unsuspecting customers who may not realize what is happening, and they will flat out lie to you when you catch these sleights of hand. Oh yeah, they also try that trick to make you pay $500 for a paint protection package that is "already installed." FYI that's bogus too, and you don't have to pay it. Yet another dealership on the long list of scummy dealerships that try to fleece people. Don't be a victim to these predatory practices. Remember: you don't need THEM to sell you the car, they need YOU as a customer to survive.

I've waited a long time to write this review, but people should know about the bad business this dealership does. I went in and traded a truck for a brand new CR-V and a used vehicle for my husbands commuter car. It took hours just to get to honest number. By this time finance was ready to go home and asked if I could come back Monday. I let them know I would be out of town. The finish Cr manager and the used car sales manager came to me and said, "we can FaceTime you, and your husband can sign the paperwork. We have done it before, and it's fine because he is your husband." I should have known better and walked out right then. I told them he would be there first thing Monday morning. On Monday I get a text from my sales rep. that helped me asking when he would be there. I left him know they were on the way. He said "Great!" My husband and MIL sat for 2 hours before they came to tell them it would be a while. They left and had lunch, and then I got another txt saying things were ready, and they could come back. This is when we were told that he couldn't sign the paperwork, and I found out the numbers were not what we agreed on. After another finish eating advisor took over, we were able to get the numbers closer to what I was told originally. The finance manager fedexed the paperwork to me, and I signed and brought it back to the dealership. She then begged me to not tell the owner what happened. I left messaged for Charley (owner) several times before finally speaking with him. I was graciously offered 2 free oil changes for all the problems. (Insert eyeroll here) Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Service department is trash. Took my Civic in for some electrical diagnostics. They had my car for over 24 hours and couldn't tell me what was wrong, or even give me some suggestions. I took the car home and my husband fixed it in about 30 minutes.
