Rented a boom trailer it would go up but not come down we called within an hour to let HD know it wasn’t working properly. They said bring it back but couldn’t because it was stuck in the up position. The next day we worked with it and finally we were able to get it to come down very slowly. We took it back and they wanted to charge us for two days and it never worked enough for us to use it. The manager agreed to refund 440.00 which was equal to one day off, we still had to pay a one day rental. Thievery!

Return your check out clerks. If i wanted to check myself out i would just order from Amazon. Have been twice recently and there wasn't a single checker. Self check was your only option.

So it is Saturday at 10:30 AM and the gates to the garden center are closed and the only access is through the store and checking out is done only at the regular store registers instead of the garden center. So much for customer service! That's ok, I'll go across the highway to Lowe's as they are full open and getting in and out of the garden center is much easier!

I've been lookin for a product Only certain Home Depot's have them. I looked online and one store in Dallas said they were in stock online. Drove there and sure enough did not have them. I was told by Dallas employee don't go by the online stock and to call to physically see if product is in store. The Weatherford Home Depot was showing in stock online but wanted to call to verify. I called and "Paul" from lumber/building material answered very snobby already (first impression as if He was aggravated customers are calling). I ask him about the product in stock and if he could verify. He very snobbery says how he's not in the store and doing something else at the moment..... AS IF I SHOULD FREAKING KNOW THAT!!. then I explain I can give him the SKU and whatever he needs ;then he proceeds to tell me to go online and check it myself..... I explained that's what I did but I need him to physically verify.. he confirms it's there and I say thank you and he gives me this A-Holish "yea" response and we hang up.. I had a mental image of what "Paul" would look like based upon my phone call and I wasn't disappointed when I saw him at the store...if this guy represents your store I would highly talk to him about humility, customer service, and approach towards people.

Not too friendly at the Home Depot in Weatherford. Too busy talking to each other to speak to customers. Two women leaning on counter visiting didn't even bother to look up much less say thank you. Similar experience last time plus I got defective garage floor epoxy. Not coming back here. Going to try the one in Fort Worth next time.

On Monday, July 23, 2018, I placed a telephone call to the Home Depot garden center. I was looking for some miracle grow palm tree food. I had checked the website and it showed that the store had three containers of miracle grow palm tree food in stock to pick up. Just to make sure, I called to see if it was in stock. Upon being connected to an employee in the gardening section, I was told that they had miracle grow potting soil, but no miracle grow Palm tree food. When I told him that their website showed them to have three containers in the store, he rudely said "I don't care what the website shows, we don't have any! " I was going to Fort Worth anyway, so on the way back home, I stopped inside there and low and behold, I found three containers of miracle grow palm tree food! Apparently, I was dealing with an employee who did not know what the store had in stock, or was too cotton picking lazy to walk over and see whether or not they had it. I had had a similar experience like this with Home Depot where they had claimed not to have something in spite of what their website said, but in reality it turns out that they did. When asked today by an employee if I could be helped, I explained what had happened and she replied, "well as you can see we have it. " I replied, "yes, and so does Lowe's. I then drove across the interstate to Lowe's and purchased the product for less than what Home Depot had it priced for. The employee with whom I had spoken on the phone this morning is obviously a lazy and incompetent dumbass. Avoid this store at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with the lazy, incompetent dumbasses.

This store is poorly managed. Especially the lumber dept. Every time we try to get lumber (several times a week due to business) they have numerous isles completely blocked off. My husband finally complained to an employee and he just shrugged his shoulders. Told cashier and she was even more uncaring and grumpy! Roofers causing debris to fall from ceiling over paint dept onto customers and yet THAT area wasn't blocked off for safety!? When a third employee was approached about it her response was "well people can't look at the paint chips if we do that â€. So, we will shop at Lowes from now on. Stock your products at night, not at 11:30 am on a weekday!

Great customer service. I have order 2 beverage coolers from Home Depot online and shipped to my home. Unfortunately UPS abused both shipments. Both items have arrived damaged. First one had a damaged handle. Went to customer service. They called their online ordering department and said they would try to get in touch with the manufacturer and see if they could only ship a replacement handle without me returning the whole unit. Since the unit almost weights 100 pounds I wasn't too excited to load it up and return to the store. Within a week I was contacted by the manufacturer. New handle arrived the following week. Unfortunately the unit did not want to cool properly and had to return it. No questions asked. Refund issued quickly. I then ordered another cooler (different brand). UPS did there best imitation of an airline baggage handler. There was some apparent damage on the outer packaging on the top corner. The box inside appeared Undamaged. However upon opening the inner box the box had apparently been dropped on a corner. The unit was bent so severely that even with the leveling feet it would not level. Again I took it to the store. The lady in customer service asked if I wanted to order another. She recommended I send it to the store and they will unbox and inspect if their appears to be any shipment damage. I think I will try that next time.

Carla in the Garden area was wonderful!!!! She helped us pick out everything we needed for our project while 2 othets there where not interested in helping at all. She even invited us back and she would help us work on our herb garden when it was time. Carla has great customers service skills. She smiled and was very personable. Carla we will always ask for you!

I am finding out that Home Depot and the Corporate does not give a bleep bleep about their customers!!!!! I do NOT believe they read any of their reviews from any of their web sites!!! I had an incident that they could have took care of and it would have cost them a little over $200.00, and they would not do it !!!!!! So ......I will take my business elsewhere just as so many others has and they don't care

Went to the store in weatherford yesterday and had lots of problems getting someone to help me. Plenty of customers but few available employees. Went back today. Customer service in this store is dead. I found some of my list but when I needed help the train wrecked. I ask an employee who was sitting in the window area if he could tell me how much it cost yo have a toilet installed. Four calls later and he gave up. It seems no one in the store had a clue. I'm handicapped and use a cart to shop. Couldn't get any help do I loaded a 4X4 8 feet long on to the cart and madd it to the checkout. Employees looked at me and kept going. At the checkout no one offered to help me yo my truck with it. This doesn't happen to me at Lowe's. I just moved to weatherford and live about 6 blocks from this store. Pity I can't use it.
