“I was there today at 1:19pm for a specific part that broke from a shower faucet and forced us to shut off the water. After going to Home Depot, where three associates were unable to help we went to Lowe's. An associate directed us to plumbing and called someone in that department for help. Bryan came promptly and was friendly. Showed him a pic of the part and he immediately asked if it was a mobile home or RV. He walked me over to the right section and handed me the part that I needed (bought two just in case) The experience was great! It's nice to have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and having items in stock. Associates at this store took the time to walk us over to the right place instead of just telling us what aisle number to go to.”

We were not able to get tiles there but I wanted to give a shout out to the young lady working the flooring section today at 11:00 who tried very hard to help us. She gave me some advice on adhesive and grout. Very helpful.”

“We recently purchased carpet and pad at Home Depot in Weatherford and they used their install company Cooper Installation to come out install it. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I to each other. We were going to have it installed on Jan 10th, but Cooper put us on the priority list, and we were moved up to an earlier date, Jan 3rd! Home Depot contacted us throughout the entire process, and it was completely seamless. We were pleased with the customer service in the store at the time of picking out the carpet. My husband learned a lot from the Home Depot rep regarding the carpet and padding grade, which made our buying experience perfect. The pricing was amazing as well! We were very pleased with the installation company, Cooper too, they were timely and very professional. They were in and out within a couple of hours. We highly recommend The Home Depot company for any carpet install. We always buy our tools at Home Depot over Lowe's because of the excellent customer service as well.”

“I thought they would be expensive but they're really quite competitive with their prices. Their feed is exceptional quality. This is just a fun store to shop in. Update, 4 years later. Well they are pretty pricey nowadays. Like most businesses they have jacked up the prices. However, it could be worse. I bought baby chicks from a professional, knowledgeable young man . Then out of nowhere some hateful woman started screaming at him from 30-40 feet away, making assumptions about what info he was giving me, & she was wrong. She should've taken him to one side & not tried to humiliate him. & she was wrong, like I said. The more I thought about her behavior the madder I got. She needs to be fired for that . Incidentally, he handled it beautifully.”
