“This gym has great equipment, but it's actually pretty crowded with so much equipment. They could easily expand to create a more efficient workout environment. With all the equipment and a good group of people, it gets fairly congested. Its fairly tough to do metabolic resistance training when it's so crowded. However, it's a good gym overall”

Several options for membership types as well as even day passes if you had friends or family wanting to join you. Very good environment, have talked to several other members and everybody has been very friendly and helpful.”

“I’ve been using this location since 2018. I love the layout and the amenities with black card especially hydromassage and vibration plate, I just wish there was some way to fix the dangerous horrendous parking lot and update the equipment. ?”
