I have dealt with Amber Allen and Shelda Nichols for business and home loans....they have provided excellent service and are extremely knowledgeable. This branch is my go to for all of our business/family needs.

Ms. Nichols is incredible. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, but she made the whole process so smooth. She's very responsive and the rates were competitive. We shopped for lower rates when the contract was executed, but First Financial rates were comparable to the lowest provided by competitors. The low rates coupled with Ms. Nichols' extensive knowledge, patience, and attentiveness made it an easy choice for a lender. I'll definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Ms. Nichols is incredible. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, but she made the whole process so smooth. She's very responsive and the rates were competitive. We shopped for lower rates when the contract was executed, but First Financial rates were comparable to the lowest provided by competitors. Other locations in the area aren’t the worst but this one and everyone in it was great and super helpful. Had a Mrs Rebecca Stokes help me thru getting a new card and she was very kind and helpful. The teller Robin was great as well. Hope y’all have the same experience with this location that I have.

Excellent service! Amanda was very professional, helpful, and patient. I normally jump around to different first financial banks but I'll be going to this one more often because of my experience today.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not trust them with your money that will screw you over the first chance they get. What happened today should not happen to anyone. I spent an hour after the bank trying to straighten out a problem that they had initiated almost a week ago. At my new job they have handwritten checks which are unable to be cashed at Walmart so I deposited the first check in my mothers account since I have had a previous charge-off with them and was unable to open an account of my own. Everything went fine upon depositing my second check on the 23rd of last month all of a sudden they said they can't accept it. Where we informed? Was any call made to her informing her that her account was in the negative? No. No attempt was made to contact her to inform her of the error instead we were led to believe that everything was fine until a week later we finally get a notice that we are $555 overdrawn. The bank then proceeds to say oh well you should have known that you couldn't deposit a check in to someone else's account which is ridiculous because I have done it myself personally several times from what I understood all you had to do was endorse the check and transferred over to their name. They then proceeded to try to save that they couldn't do anything about the overdrafts or the deposit but I have called them three days before and spoken to a customer service representative from their company and he has assured me on a recorded line that they would indeed correct the problem. Happy actual bank itself I sat down with one of the representatives who for the next 30 minutes proceeded to try anyway possible to avoid giving me back my money. After finally contacting the customer service representative in question who is a very nice gentleman by the name of Michael I found out that indeed they were in the wrong and they were going to correct the problem they printed out the necessary forms and documents and a receipt that said I currently had $135 in my balance I was happy so I left. That very same day at 11:30 as I am going to work for the night shift at the hotel where I work at I attempted to stop at McDonald's to purchase something for dinner only to find out that my account is once again in the negative and saying that the deposit was never made. Tomorrow morning I will attempt to contact him to once again rectify their mistakes my device to find a different bank don't bother with this one because apparently they don't understand how to do their job . And to make matters worse I found out that the very nice someone who helped us was most likely going to be disciplined and or fired for being honest and being helpful because apparently in their line of work being a greedy vulture is the norm.
