Use to be a great bank with great people. Been with them for 10 years for them to tell me they can't cash my check that they have cashed before. They cashed a check from this person awhile ago. So even with proof that we have used this person before they said they can not do anything with the check but put it on a 5 day hold!! 5 DAYS!! I worked 5 days just to get it!! I have a bank so you can deposit my money and get some cash but I show up and get told I can't help you. I am very disappointed in the staff. Do better!

Jessie went above and beyond to helpe get my account, app, and alerts set up in minutes. I spent 4 years without alerts, but now thanks to Jessie, my app works, I can see my balances without logging in, I know when someone makes a charge, and I can feel comfortable knowing I'm not missing any fraudulent charges. Thanks Jessie!

I highly recommend this branch over the Hudson oaks one, hands down for new manager mellissa and Samantha teller who went over and beyond to fix my situation! Will be coming to this branch instead since Hudson oaks has serious issues.

Hudson Oaks mangers, very helpful setting my account up, in trying times! The only thing i don't like is having to go inside Walmart to bank. Before i withdraw savings to get a car, i was given some checks, after tho' they charge .50 cents per check. was told i could get them free at 1st, then they charged. Other wise id give 5 stars. The line inside Weatherfords bank is long & time wait is the worst! No social distancing, people not wearing masks, and touching you inline... ew. No thanks! I need a new bank now.

Can I give this place zero stars! Because that’s what they deserve. Was “helped” by this lady I think Misty was her name. She was just so unprofessional rolling her eyes making sounds as if she was annoying by having to do her JOB. She really needs to get some customer service training. You can’t work at a customer service job and have an attitude for NO reason at all. She should not be working there.
