This particular Enterprise location was nothing short of professional, from the moment I picked up the vehicle from them to the return. Em was quick to get the vehicle to me, paperwork was a breeze. Upon returning it, I don't know the gentleman's name, but it was fast, professional and flawless. Thank you Enterprise of Weatherford, TX for yourprofessionalism and courtesy..

Dont give your money away to predators. My family lost everything in a fire, and Enterprise is charging us over $900 for a key that was burnt up with all our other belongings. The Lincoln keys were only $395 for the guy to come out and make them by hand. Enterprise however, sees an opportunity to take adavantage of a homeless penniless family and charge ove $900. These are not the type of people anyone should do business with. Predators.

Staff at this location are clueless on what they have and are doing. We called and were told they had vehicles then on the way we got a call by someone else who said they had no vehicle on lot and said they wouldn't have any until March. We went by the lot and they did have vehicles. We went in and were told they would have a suv tomorrow. We called the next day and set up a pickup the for the next day at 8am. Then an hour later we received a phone message from the guy that said they had no cars and he said again that they had no cars . . Not sure what kind of games they are playing there but definitely not expectable. Not a way to run a business and take care of people. I guess because you are the only car rental in Weatherford you feel you can treat people this way.

The company falsely advertises they’ll pick you up, but they wouldn’t my 71 year old mother. Made her have to find a ride there. She wanted to add me as a driver wouldn’t let her unless I physically came in to one of their brick and mortar locations. Their office is 20 plus miles away. I have a class a cdl, with a spotless driving record, and have been an enterprise plus member for many year, meaning they have my license on file. But still won’t add me to the authorized driver list unless i physically come in. It’s stupid and short sighted. Can’t apply common sense to accommodate a customer, which equates to piss poor customer service.

Excellent experience, waited less than 5 minutes to get checked in; reserved car was ready and I drove out in less than 20 minutes. Return was just as easy. Great team work, professionalism, friendliness and customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Do not rent from this location!Poor communication, terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional behavior.No thank you, I will not contact you. From the reviews you clearly favor low quality people and keep them.Do better in the quality that represents your company. These clearly are the bottom of the barrel.

My truck was needing to be worked on at the dealership and the dealership didn't have vehicles for rent that could tow. My wife reserved a pickup that we intended on using to tow our camper for a weekend trip. When we arrived to pickup they asked if we intended to tow with it and my wife said "yes". They informed us that their vehicles "are not equipped to tow". This was a bald faced lie, even if their policy is that renters are not allowed to tow with their vehicles. Rather than explaining their policy they they were very rude and simply did not allow us to rent from them even after we said that we will just car camp. We wont tow the trailer. They refused to reserve vehicles for us that didn't even have a tow hitch receiver. I will not use this enterprise location again and probably will avoid enterprise going forward.The dealership ended up have a Cherokee that had a hitch receiver that I rented for cheaper than enterprise was going to be. I explicitly asked for a vehicle that could tow and they had no problem with me towing my 1800lb camper with it.

Would give a negative rating is it was possible. Both times I have had to deal with this place were a nightmare. If there is any other place to rent a car from, run there. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

2 cars were ready for my choosing, very quick check in. Even an upgrade to a better car. Turn in was flawless, and a nice ride back to the Ford dealer with a very pleasant host.

Today I opened my email after renting a car from them saying there was damage to the car hood.When I picked up the car and did the walk around the man with me pointed out dents, dings and wear and tear to the car. He asked me if I saw any other damage any bigger than I believe 2/3 inches.Well today the wear and tear and a ding he said when we did the walk around they are now trying to charge me for! I am appalled! I have rented from enterprise in Fort Worth off 7th street and loved them.Weatherford location is a joke/ trying to scam people. Please don’t rent from this location!

Gabrielle approached us with his aggressive style of customer service, not to mention the guy was wearing a vest in 80 degree weather, an hour and 1/2 late from our appointment time. Standing near about 70+ other nice, newer, vehicles he asked us which one was ours. We pointed at out Mazda MX5GT and he said “figured”. After asking what he meant by that, we knew what we were dealing with someone who thinks they run the show, or simply just missed a few days of training.Hertz has been easier to deal with if you’re needed a rental in the “general” area.
