I wrote a review when I bought my car because they asked me to. I had a pretty good experience purchasing the car, but when I needed help afterwards nobody would help. I needed to speak to someone in finance with questions about my warranty. I called no less than 10 times and was always told that they weren’t available or in a meeting. I finally had to call corporate to get someone on the phone. If I could do it over again, I would’ve gone somewhere else. The Google reviews are deceiving. Anyone that you talk to in person about this dealership will tell you to run.
In the end, someone was able to help me with my questions but it took months and a phone call to corporate.

I was so excited when I found this dealership. My husband and I were ready to trade in both of our vehicles to buy a new Truck and Sequoia here. And then when it came time for the paperwork they added a $21k accessories fee. Yes, 21 THOUSAND dollars extra on top of the price that I was already willing to pay. Absolutely disgusting. I will never give these people my business. I just hope they aren’t secretly screwing over the elderly or others that don’t speak up. Wouldn’t be surprised though.

I called Monday at 8 am talked to Greg. Worked a tentative deal on a used Chevy truck. Told him I was 1 1/2 hrs. away but would be there as soon as I could get there. After driving 45 min. I received a call from a Mgr. James who said someone came in wanted the truck, sorry. First come! I called, said I was interested in the truck and would be there as soon as I could. To call me after I was on the road for almost an hour and say sorry someone else was looking at the truck is no way to do business!
