The frumpy large lady with the long grey hair is incredibly unprofessional. She is short with customers, condescending & rude. Any time I have encountered her I just bite my tongue.. She shouldn't be there if she hates people that much.

The older lady with the long grey hair is so rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Blatantly cusses, loudly degrades customers. If you’re so unhappy to be at work, find another job.
