Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Had to get a tire patched and they were quick even with it being a busy Friday. They did not try any pressure upsells, they offered some things but were super honest on timelines when they needed to be done. Would highly recommend coming here.

I had a vehicle notification that I had a tire with low air pressure for a second time in two weeks. So I pulled into the closest Discount Tire for a pressure check. I like the convenience they offer of fast service and courteous employees. They checked my tire, aired it up and checked for any visible reasons for the loss of air and couldn't find any but said they'd be happy to check it out further if it occurs again.

My husband and I had a flat tire while traveling. We had 26 PSI in the right rear tire so we were stranded at this location. We were told that it would be about a 2 hour wait. Luckily we had cheese crackers and water to get us through lunch since my husband is a brittle diabetic. I told them that he is WC bound and has to have his IV antibiotics at 3. Our expected completion time was extended to 2:45 (3 hours after our arrival). I assisted my husband to toilet in the womens restroom 3 times (he was discharged from the hospital with renal stents). After I observed customers who missed their appointment, be moved in front of us, I decided to go air up my tire with my air compressor and make our way home. When I was getting ready to pull out the compressor, an employee approached and said they would take our truck into the bay. I prepared his IV and was starting to administer it when they returned my keys. I will NEVER return to this business again.

I was hauling horses through DFW from East Texas when my truck started vibrating terribly, even at low speeds. I pulled into Discount Tire off I-20 in Weatherford and Gustavo came out, inspected my tires and confirmed I definitely had a bad tire. Due to wear on my other tires, I ended up getting a new set. The shop was VERY busy and I had concerns about my horses in the trailer and if they would be able to change my truck tires with my trailer still hooked up. I am extremely grateful to Gustavo and the crew working the morning of 6/13/2024 for getting me back on the road without too much of a delay and all while keeping my horses safe in the trailer.

Every time I come in here, they get me in and out quickly. Kelvin has always been very good to me and since I drive 350 miles a day and also live on a ranch he recommended the pathfinders and they are the best tires I have ever owned. They always get me fixed up and I never have any issues with service or product. Great customer service all around.

Went to get tire checked (low tire light) because I purchased “certificates for my tires” when I get new tires a few months back. This particular location is unprofessional. I would NOT have bought new tires from this location, props to the Abilene Texas discount tire on Catclaw dr, you make Discount tire proud, weatherford location NOT SO MUCH. Air compressor was down so they could rotate my tires but not fix the flat. Thats fine, but let me get 1 foot in the door before you rush to me to tell me about the air compressor. I was literally met at the door by a young worker who definitely needs to work on his social and people skills

After a bad experience at a different Discount Tire, this store was a breath of fresh air. Alan was extremely helpful and reset the tire sensors for me. He also was able to find a reasonably priced used tire to replace my aging spare.
Highly recommend this store and their courteous attitude while fixing the problems caused by another store.
