This thing working at the pharmacy is absolutely rude and lazy. Since you employ and encourage this kind of people and behavior, not gonna buy a single thing from any cvs store anymore.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I used to get great service, but it’s gone down the toilet. Pharmacy is so rude! My mom went by to get my prescriptions called in by the er last night, and I needed to update my insurance. They told her she would have to come back after their lunch break (30 minutes from her arrival) because they didn’t have time to update it. Mind you, we live 25 minutes away. I’m transferring my meds immediately. After going on having a migraine for 5 days and they didn’t even care to do their job. 0 stars, do not recommend. Do better CVS weatherford.

This has to be the worst most unprofessional CVS store I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The employees are not trained properly on how to enter new prescriptions. There have been several errors with multiple prescriptions. When you have an issue, they don’t care. They treat you like you’re wasting their time. When you archive a prescription in the app it does not archive on their end they will continue to ask doctors for refills on medication you no longer use. And request refills from providers that you no longer use. They are rude, unprofessional and untrained. Please take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would!

If I could give this entire group of people a big fat "0" in their attitude, customer care, all around everything - I am so lost for words on the way they treat their customers without a lack of care or consideration. But since Yelp makes you give them a star - I had to force my fingers to hit "1" Star for the non deserving CVS Location And if you think the CVS Corporation Cares - please smack your face and wake up - or splash cold water on your face, wake up and come back to reality. I reported this CVS Pharmacy 8 times in one day - do you really think the corporation cared - that would be a huge H E L L NO. The Pharmacist went so far as to lie to my Husband who was told that they would fast track my fathers prescription - my father with cancer - my father who is very ill - that they would fast track his prescription - my husband walked in after their lunch break to ask how long it might be - and the Pharmacist lied straight to his face and denied stating they would fast track the prescription and that they would not do it at all actually - they are the most unkind group of people you can encounter dealing with the public. When I called to inquire about the lie - and it was a lie - a big fat lie she told - I spoke with the pharmacist - I found out she was the pharmacist by digging into the conversation with her - because she was not forthcoming (no one at this pharmacy is forthcoming and truthful) so after digging information out of her - she finally identified herself as the pharmacist (but again who knows - not a lot of truth coming from this place) - here is a funny part - I was calling to my husband in the other room to ask what the Pharmacist looked like when he was in CVS - he told me a brunette and other descriptions (she the pharmacist on the phone with me - says stop yelling at me - I said what are you talking about - I am asking my husband what YOU Look like) so I can describe you to corporate) I have noticed that any time there is an issue with this CVS - which we only use - when absolutely necessary- anyway, this pharmacy and staff use the trigger words of the world, your yelling at me (I was not I was talking with my husband), your being disrespectful (um that would be all of you at this location) bullying (really that would be the pharmacist for refusing to fill my cancer ridden fathers prescriptions). They all should feel ashamed and embarrassed by their non customer service - along with their ability to deny a cancer patient their medication. Again, corporate CVS does not care either - So this is definitely a buyer (customer) beware situation - I do need to add - Everyone shouldn't go to lunch at the same time - rotate lunches - that way you can actually fill prescriptions in a timely manner - no need to close everything down and put the brakes on progress that can be made - what you are doing is taking everyone out of the game at once and then coming back after 30 minutes (if they return on time) and saying here - hurry up and catch up - when simple progress could be kept by rotating lunches - wow look I didn't reinvent the wheel - just some sage advice.

I called to ask Pharmacy if there was a specific over the counter product in stock at this store. I was told "Not that I know of", no offer to have someone check for me. I then ask if I could speak with someone who could check for me. She put me on hold and then hung the phone up. When I called again to ask someone at the front of the house to check, they did have it in stock. NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY PHARMACY!!!

Pharmacy manager Refused to to help me transfer my prescription - I was confused. Walgreens was telling me one thing and Cvs is telling me another. Kept asking her to help she refused. Ask her to call Walgreens and help me. She refused. She actually told her staff to walk away from me when I was standing at the register and not to help me. Pharmacy manager called the police to make me leave. She’s very unprofessional and very very mean. Left without getting my prescriptions. Transferred. Unbelievable to treat a senior citizen that way that’s been a customer for 20+ years. All she needed to do is call Walgreens to help me and she called the police instead. Even the officer said her behavior was uncalled for. Very mean lady.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ran in after work just to grab bandaids, the lady at the front literally YELLED at us and told us we had 7 mins to get what we needed. We rushed to grabbed them and used self checkout, because she was clearly too busy to check us out, considering she was playing games on her phone. Don’t waste your time. Go to Walgreens.

Went in for scheduled flu shots on Oct.12- - 6:30 and 7:00. At 6:55, we noticed the blond pharmacist (no name tag and did not introduce herself) giving us the evil eye. She was the rudest! She was abrupt and acted like we were putting her out. I will never use CVS again!

Have always appreciated this CVS, but lately service has gone downhill.....In the past when there were 3 or more people waiting to pick up prescriptions, the pharmacy would open a second checker, here lately it doesn't matter how long the line is or how many and how long people have been waiting there will be only one register open.....worse is that there are 8 to 10 pharmacists behind the counter doing not much but laughing and cutting up.....also, my doctor called in a very needed prescription for me 4 days ago......had heard nothing from CVS about this so I called the pharmacy yesterday, tech told me the prescription was ' in line ' to be filled, still no word about it being filled today.....Over 4 days to fill a common prescription ????? That is terrible service.....
