I live in azle TX . My cricket store is very lifeless on customer service,and not caring. I went to the Weatherford TX store and what an excellent turnaround. Elizabeth was very helpful and very personable too say the least. I was very impressed. Her great professionalism deserves high praise. She is definitely a tremendous asset to your store. My husband and I have our phones through Cricket, my husband needed a new phone so we came to Weatherford. We went to Eastland Cricket store for mine and neither person working there knew anything about the android phone, one of them was the manager.

Phone service was stopped after payment was deducted from bank account. Guy with long braid talked while twisting his hair to say "the phone was purchased in Dallas area not here. They can help you better." We drove to Dallas...70 miles.And 5 minutes after arriving problem was resolved. Poorest customer service EVER!! Weatherford location and especially this guy...TERRIBLE.

Went in to get a new phone and switch from AT&T to Cricket today. Great customer service! The staff is very kind and they make you feel welcome. Jennifer was amazing at making the process easy and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend doing business at this store!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I bought a phone and they gave me a 4G phone when I previously had a 5G phone and I use my upgrade. This makes zero sense and when I went to return the phone and there was a tear in the box they refused to return it. So now I am stuck with a 4G phone my upgrade is gone all because there is a couple tears in The box. The most unreasonable situation I have ever been in dealing with a simple phone

Not bad, but wouldn’t recommend cricket service. There are other better options out there like T-Mobile or AT&T or whatever. Go to a place that offers benefits for loyal customers! And problem more but in my opinion choose a better phone company

Not for sure how these people stay in business. Went to get a phone at my local store but they didn't have it but the price was $109 and the other one was $129. This store wanted to charge double and triple the price for the same phones 200+and 300+.

I was there last week to buy a phone, when I choose the phone that I want the girl got a case and a liquid protector, which I told that I didn’t want it, she then told me that I have to get the accessories in order to get the phone, if not I can order online. Not the best costumer service
