My wife especially likes shopping here and because of that I find that it's a good place to take my kids to find gifts for her. There are lots of things here that aren't just for moms. There are plenty of clothing items, accessories, and knick-knacks for kids and there are BBQ accessories for dad, not to mention plants and yard/garden items out back.

I went to a Mother's Day event Saturday and The Junktion had a booth by the front door. Upon entering the event I spent a few minutes in the booth looking at the items and not a single person greeted me. The sales person(s) were not with other customers. I moved on. I stopped back by on my way out and looked around one more time. No one greeted me the second time. I asked who's booth it was, they said the junktion. I said I mean who works here. They had 4 people behind the counter and said we do. They never asked how can we help you, how are you, happy mothers day, nothing. I'm sure they are very nice people, but as a customer looking to purchase something they came across as very entitled and snobby. Such a shame, as I was looking forward to buying to something, but decided to give my money to the other businesses there who had more professional and kind customer service skills.

I went into The Junktion today to purchase vehicle car freshies, and of course, purchased a few additional items ?. They always have an unique assortment of items in the store. Any time I have been in there everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I love that they offer gift wrapping, definitely not my thing lol.

Place is cute. This review is based on a couple employees. People notice when you give them nasty looks and makes them feel un-welcomed.We also have ears that can hear the gossip.Please do better to make others feel welcomed when they shop. And most certainly don’t judge a book by its cover.
