I was promplety taken to Meagan Barker, my stylist for the day. I cannot say enough positive things about her! Meagan is filled with such lightness, positivity, and calmness. She kept the conversation going, but allowed for comfortable silence as well. Meagan made sure she had a clear understanding of what I was hoping for before she began. She explained the foiling process and made sure I knew what she was doing to my hair, the entire time. She has great product knowledge and can articulate why a specific product can enhance your hair's health. She made sure to use the best products to keep my hair strong and healthy. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable in her capable hands. Don't be fooled be her age...Her skills are unmatched!!”

“So on my way to Ruby Mae, haha that rhymed, I stopped at another boutique and was judged and looked up and down (with A LOOK) by the staff.I had left work, oilfield industry, I'm a blue collar girl. My shirt had holes in it because of welding, and I wasn't especially clean. However you can tell by my eyebrows, and hair, that I do put effort in.Due to feeling grossed out by how I was greeted at the first shop I decided to leave and try somewhere else.That's when I came across Ruby May boutique. The woman working (I think the owner), was super chill. Also she is a fellow tall lady and I love that.I found a hat, and an air freshener that says babes support babes.I will be coming back not only to convince her to be my new friend but to shop and support other women, who are not overly judgemental.”

There are plenty of clothing items, accessories, and knick-knacks for kids and there are BBQ accessories for dad, not to mention plants and yard/garden items out back.”

“I took a Special Lady whom I take care of to Factory Connection last week .. The Young Girl Working I was Impresses she catered to Our needs even moved a few clothes racks over so my Friend could manuvor thru the store as she is in a wheelchair ..Not only was this young lady curtious she was very helpful and one of the few I know by far the Best Sales Woman I have met she had a answer for everything and in the most presentable way she got Us to purchase other items just by telling us about it .. We had a Great Shopping Experience My only complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaned up it wasn’t customer friendly needed a good scrub down if I had the time & cleaning material I would have happily cleaned it to show how much more presented the store would be .. with that being said We definitely look forward to shopping there again ..Thanks Young LadySorry I can’t remember Yr Nameyou made our shopping experience a Moment we won’t Forget ??”

“Ross is always hit or miss. There is always a possibility to find name brands such as Nike, Under Armour, and some others. I also like that you can find carter's brand in here for the kids way cheaper than actual carters. The store was very clean as well and the restrooms were clean. Overall a good Ross if you have the time to look!
