I have had challenges with Chase in the past and this review is not about the bank itself, it’s about the people at this specific branch. Lisa, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. She and Ashley Roman worked so hard to make an incredibly hard situation much, much better.

Great bank with very friendly customer service! The tellers, and the management are all very fun and welcoming. Some of the best service that I have experienced in Texas! Thanks for the great, fast and welcoming service! ???

The staff is friendly but you ALWAYS have to wait a very long time, both inside and drive thru
