Friendly staff and quick to help get large shipments out the door. Would recommend over the FedEx or UPS stores.

Wow......such a rude man running this store. I can't believe he is still in business. Ask him to look up a tracking number and he said it was not scanned because I didn't ask him to. Then he threw his hands up and said, "Not My Fault, you didn't ask me to scan it". There are too many other shippers in town. I won't be back. Now I'm out $110 because no one can find the package.

I don’t know if this place is under new ownership but I have had 3 consecutive negative experiences while shipping with them.I wasn’t sure if the package I was sending was too heavy for the label I purchased, so I asked the woman to weigh it just in case I needed to pay extra shipping. She told me I was good, so I left. I ended up getting charged an exorbitant amount of money because my package was too heavy.2 packages that I have sent back to back through this facility have arrived completely damaged. The items were wrapped carefully but the boxes arrived in terrible condition and one of the items was broken.I guess I will be using AIM Mail Center from now on.

Do NOT use this place. Very poor customer service. The owner apparently forgot he is providing a service for people and is accountable for your package getting to the proper shipping facility. He could care less about your package once he gets his money.

Please drive out of your way to avoid this location! Customer service is non existent. The employees act like they really don’t want your business anyway.

I never leave negative reviews for businesses. I typically just chalk a bad experience as a loss and never go back. However the lack of customer service and care when packages go missing after they accept them is wild. I'm out $400 after handing over two packages to these guys and the best I got was a, "we're just a third party processing hub, take care". I guess lesson learned.

When we first moved to Weatherford I was so happy to find a mail store that can mail anything from their store. They have always been extremely helpful. Even the customers going in and out have been helpful when others have boxes and need help. I had one box that was a return and had to be returned at an actual UPS office, and when the employee saw my tag (I was behind another person) he went ahead and told me that mine would need to go to the UPS store. I was grateful he didn't make me wait to get to the counter to tell me that!I just think these are very friendly people, and help get your items mailed at the best price for when you need them to arrive!

We went in today to have a paper notorized and the clerk was rude. First of all he said he couldn't notarized anything that is hand written or it would be a felony. We were there 6 months ago and had no problem then. He was lazy so didn't want to do his job is all I can think of. And when my boyfriend whet up to show him the paper from last time he took it and said someone committed a felony and wasn't going to give it back until he got mad. We will never go here again.

I use Box & Go almost EVERY DAY and have been dropping off my eBay packages here for almost 2 years. NEVER had an issue and my packages are always scanned in and received on time. Thank you Box & Go...
