Kim was amazing! She helped me find the boots I needed, and was very knowledgeable on work-boot guidelines. She was kind and patient with me, as she stayed and helped me through the whole process. Thank you Kim for making this shopping trip so easy!

The most racist boot barn I have ever encountered . This world doesn’t make since at all and to all the managers and employees who wouldn’t help me I pray that you come to reality that we are all the same color underneath. Will most definitely follow up with corporate and will take the long drive to Bureleson or White settlement before I ever come back to this location. Working in a store wear all your boots are brown and black but scared to help a African American.

My husband got a felt cowboy hat for Christmas. He tried it on the day of, said he didn’t like the fit nor the size. He put the hat back in the boot barn box and waited so we can exchange for a smaller size. When we went in to simply exchange for a smaller size of the SAME EXACT ONE, we were treated like criminals!!! The first associate had the absolute worst attitude and accused my husband of wearing the hat, and that it was worn so they couldn’t exchange. Then the manager on duty did the exact same. Accused my husband of wearing it, and then continuously kept asking for proof of purchase. Yes I will admit, we didn’t get a gift receipt , but the tone and attitude on how you treat a customer and not just simply explaining the process, instead they were demanding things, and I felt like they thought we stole it. We were continuously being watched while looking for the hat size he wanted. I work in retail, I understand people out there do things along that line, however it’s all about how you approach it and I would rather take my business to teskeys and David’s then be treated that way again.
