Best Buy is a great place for quickly getting electronic needs, with competitive prices and great products. The customer service is often superior, with friendly, knowledgeable, and amazingly helpful staff who assist without being asked and can order items for shipment. Online orders allow for easy same-day pickup. However, service can be inconsistent, with staff sometimes seeming slightly annoyed. For certain Apple product repairs, customers may be referred elsewhere. Despite this, it remains a go-to spot for many.

The customer service was great. I was approached without asking to help me find what I needed, and when the store didn't have what I was looking for, she ordered it to be shipped in.
