This store is one big waste of time. Went there to buy particular thing for my car, which I already found on autozone site. Showed it to the guy behind the counter. His answer was the computers are too slow and soon his shift ends so he can’t help me . There were other two women there too busy exchanging gossips than caring to do what they are paid to do.

The worst auto zone I have ever done business with, if I could give no stars I would. Tyler should be fired for the way he treats customers and his own employees. If autozone has that as a manager, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. As for the rest of the employees none of them except one was helpful. All was furious at the one that helped me and treated him as child, when they are the ones who acted like children. Beware if they mess up anything you bring in and you call district manager over not being satisfied with the service, they are likely to call the police on you. Just in case you are done the same way here is the numbers.

I had to change to oil in my truck, so I stopped by the AutoZone Store in Weatherford Texas. (Store #1507, Parker County’s #1 AutoZone store) I was greeted by the employee (Shelly). She helped me find oil and filter that I needed for my truck. The oil/filter was on special, which made things less expensive, and saved money.Very nice interaction. I will shop here for my diy automotive needs.

Website says new battery comes with installation. I got my battery checked and it was bad. I purchased a new battery and the employee asked if I wanted to change it there or at home. I said there and he asked if I had tools. I said no and he gave me a set of tools to change it. I was dumbfounded. I left the tools and went home to change it myself. Definitely won't be back

I recently went to a different car parts shop in town that rhymes with Bo-Beilly's. They sold me a new battery, and the entire process felt very unprofessional. I'm a single mom to a 2 year-old boy. I had my son with me, and I had my hands full. AFTER paying for the battery and core fee, the clerk/tech there refused to install it for me. He stated that it was "flagged in the computer as a 'professional install only.'" He told me to call shops in town and find someone to install it for me. I left furious, and basically went home to just YouTube it and try to do it myself. My dad called me, and when I told him what happened, he was livid. He called the place and ripped them a new one. NOW, here's where AutoZone comes into play... My dad called AutoZone and explained that his daughter whom is a single mother needs a battery installed, and he asked if someone there could do it for me. The clerk/tech at AutoZone named CALEB (pretty sure that was his name) kindly agreed. I drove over there and walked into the store. I spoke to a woman who pointed me to Caleb. Keep in mind, every employee I saw at this AutoZone was horrified and stunned that the OTHER store in town (O.R.) refused to install the battery for me. Caleb grabbed his tools and spent at least 25 mins removing and installing this battery that I didn't even purchase from AutoZone, because he's a decent person and he works for a kind and neighborly-run store. I wrangled my toddler in the parking lot while Caleb went to work. He was nothing but kind, informative, helpful, respectful, and gracious. This young man exhibited the best customer service, not only toward me, but others that I observed during my brief time there. He also noticed an issue with some corrosion damage under my hood and explained to me what the issue was, what part needed replacing, and how to go about getting that fixed. I mean, he was so personable and knowledgable. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. AGAIN, I did not buy this battery from them. They just did the right thing and decided to help out a single mom in need of a helping hand. Caleb did this for free. AutoZone did this for free. I am so incredibly thankful, and they now have my business in Weatherford, moving forward. I've already sent two people to this store after my great experience and told them to avoid the other store in town (O.R.). Gold star rating to Caleb and his team. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came into AutoZone after having a tow truck driver tell me that they could test my battery and change it out if necessary. I was greeted by (I believe) Lenny. It was sprinkling outside but he came and tested my battery for me which was bad. He was so kind and helpful. He replaced my battery for me which meant a lot since my husband was on his way out of state for a work trip. I’d highly recommend AutoZone to anyone in the same situation I was in. Customer service was top notch!

Some of the workers are willing to help and others roll their eyes when you ask them for anything that requires work. They just want to stand and tap on the computer and tell you how much it's going to Cost! Try Riley's.

Nothing but 5-stars !The battery in my truck was dying, so I pulled into the AutoZone store in Weatherford Texas. A very nice salesman in a red shirt helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me, in the rain ! His name was Kaleb, and he kinda looked like a young Abraham Lincoln. He even showed the the maintenance/installation kit. Kaleb was very nice and professional and polite. AutoZone store 1507, is known as the #1 AutoZone store in Parker County.I will always shop at this store for all my automotive needs.
