AutoZone always has what I need at a fair price. My only complaint was not being asked if I was a Rewards member. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I originally went in to test a alternator and it was bad and Ben let me use his personal tools then as I was leaving the truck wouldn’t crank at all and he let me use his tools again to take my starter out and it was completely shot but had warranty and he was supposed to leave at 6:00 but stayed working to allow me to use his tools so I wouldn’t be stranded and he stayed almost two hours late waiting for me and I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and said I’m just glad to help I have never had an customer service experience like this he was great! I believe Ben deserves a raise or a bonus for excellent customer service.

Came in from out of town, stopped for help with loose fender wall. The man did not help me, wouldn't even come outside to look. Went to O'REILLYS they took care if it and came out & and put part on. Go to O'REILLYS down the street!

Went to the Weatherford location to look for batteries for my car keys. Asked the woman how I found out which batteries they take. She pointed at a display and said you have to open up the key to find out. I didn't have a clue how to open it. After I tried she came over to try to open it. While trying to force it open she broke a piece off.....she then laughed and said "thats why we don't try to open them". I left and went down the street to your competitor. They opened them and replaced the batteries for me without breaking them.

This store is one big waste of time. Went there to buy particular thing for my car, which I already found on autozone site. Showed it to the guy behind the counter. His answer was the computers are too slow and soon his shift ends so he can’t help me . There were other two women there too busy exchanging gossips than caring to do what they are paid to do.

The worst auto zone I have ever done business with, if I could give no stars I would. Tyler should be fired for the way he treats customers and his own employees. If autozone has that as a manager, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. As for the rest of the employees none of them except one was helpful. All was furious at the one that helped me and treated him as child, when they are the ones who acted like children. Beware if they mess up anything you bring in and you call district manager over not being satisfied with the service, they are likely to call the police on you. Just in case you are done the same way here is the numbers.

I had to change to oil in my truck, so I stopped by the AutoZone Store in Weatherford Texas. (Store #1507, Parker County’s #1 AutoZone store) I was greeted by the employee (Shelly). She helped me find oil and filter that I needed for my truck. The oil/filter was on special, which made things less expensive, and saved money.Very nice interaction. I will shop here for my diy automotive needs.

Website says new battery comes with installation. I got my battery checked and it was bad. I purchased a new battery and the employee asked if I wanted to change it there or at home. I said there and he asked if I had tools. I said no and he gave me a set of tools to change it. I was dumbfounded. I left the tools and went home to change it myself. Definitely won't be back
