Was having some problems with the Evac system and it was showing several codes . They gave me a quote and went to work on my car . Found out that the problem and the codes were do to a local dealership leaving an oxygen sensor unplugged . They cleaned it hooked it up properly and the codes and and ck engine light were gone . They could have been dishonest and charged me for the quoted work but they fixed that particular problem free of charge . They are now the only place in town I take my cars .”

1504 S Main St, Weatherford“I originally went in to test a alternator and it was bad and Ben let me use his personal tools then as I was leaving the truck wouldn’t crank at all and he let me use his tools again to take my starter out and it was completely shot but had warranty and he was supposed to leave at 6:00 but stayed working to allow me to use his tools so I wouldn’t be stranded and he stayed almost two hours late waiting for me and I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and said I’m just glad to help I have never had an customer service experience like this he was great! I believe Ben deserves a raise or a bonus for excellent customer service.”

“We brought our car in for repairs after we got in a low speed accident. The repairs seemed, at first glance, to be entirely cosmetic, pretty straightforward and so we weren’t expecting it to take very long at all. However, when they did the inspection, and when they looked closely they found multiple issues, including the frame being partially bent. Thankfully, it was only a few centimeters, but a bent frame is still very serious. It needs to be repaired properly. They did an amazing job, inspecting the vehicle and checking for any and all damage.
I worked with Donnie Kerns and he kept me updated every single step of the way. I knew exactly what the plan was for my car that week and what they were projecting the completion date to be. They were very great in their communication skills.
