“The sales process went somewhat smooth took a little longer that I would care for around 4hrs to complete everything and leave. At The first wash of the vehicle I noticed an exterior scratch to rear hatch window. That should have been caught upon delivery or when the vehicle was washed at the dealership
Now we have a new car with a scratched window that we have to live with. It’s a small scratch but it should have been noticed”
“I had my truck lowered a while back and it's never had the best ride. I got in contact with Truxx in Weatherford. These guys went above and beyond. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough with my truck. They fixed the issue with the lowering kit on the rear of my truck. Rides awesome now!! Highly recommend these guys. Thank y'all for everything!!”
“This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization.
The process was easy and relatively quick. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership enough. This will be my only stop for a Volkswagen as long as I live in Texas. It’s worth the drive.”

He allowed us to drive the vehicle we chose had the paper work ready was able to secure great financing he went over the vehicle with us and we were done in alittle over 2 hours he was very friendly and professional we even sent our niece to him.”
“These guys are friendly and professional and do quick , quality work but most importantly they are honest . Was having some problems with the Evac system and it was showing several codes . They gave me a quote and went to work on my car . Found out that the problem and the codes were do to a local dealership leaving an oxygen sensor unplugged . They cleaned it hooked it up properly and the codes and and ck engine light were gone . They could have been dishonest and charged me for the quoted work but they fixed that particular problem free of charge . They are now the only place in town I take my cars .”

“Update Fast and easy drop off 2-3 weeks on return for the vehicle. That was to be expected with how busy these guys are. This took a little longer then expected. Do to the insurance ( GEICO ) not being capable of doing there job. Bryan and his team are hands down very professional and great at what they do. Happy wife Happy life.”

“Another shop recommended TrendSetters as a place that could help me recalibrate after upsizing my tires and I couldn’t have been happier. First off, every single person there from the office to the shop are just as nice and personable as you’ll find anywhere. Secondly, they know their stuff and lastly, their charges are very fair. Very happy with them and thankful I was directed their way. They’ll be the only shop I use from here out. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.”

“I originally went in to test a alternator and it was bad and Ben let me use his personal tools then as I was leaving the truck wouldn’t crank at all and he let me use his tools again to take my starter out and it was completely shot but had warranty and he was supposed to leave at 6:00 but stayed working to allow me to use his tools so I wouldn’t be stranded and he stayed almost two hours late waiting for me and I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and said I’m just glad to help I have never had an customer service experience like this he was great! I believe Ben deserves a raise or a bonus for excellent customer service.”

“Purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from Jerry's GMC and got hail damage in June of 2025. I took it back to the collision center at Jerry's for repairs and spoke to Carter McCullough. I could not have been happier with the repairs or the process. He made everything so easy and hassle free, stayed in contact with me all along the way. After finishing the repairs he then sent it over to the service department to Bob Murphy for a for a software update and the next day I had it back. These guys are are a great representation of the Jerry's organization. They did such a great job I took my daughters car there as well. Highly recommend these guys.”

“My experience with Shottenkirk's SERVICE department has been stellar. I set an appointment to fix my dead keyfobs, and showed up fearing that I'd have to replace them outright. Tim talked with me for a few minutes to diagnose the problem right there at the counter, and determined that the new batteries I had just put into the fobs were likely faulty. He put two new batteries into the fobs and they fired right up. Had me out the door in 10 minutes. Thanks Tim!”
“I took my truck battery back because I was having problems with it. They ran a test on it to make sure the battery was bad. And it was. And it was under warranty. I figured that I'd have to pay something for the battery since I had used it for 2 and a half years. Nope. They gave me a new one and even carried it to my friends truck for me. Glad to see a little good ole hospitality service returning. Well done Walmart Auto Care Center.”

“I dread searching for a new vehicle but I wanted to replace my Audi with a bigger vehicle. I started at Weatherford Honda. Not sure of what I wanted, I went to several dealerships in the area: Audi, Toyota, Volvo, Lexus and another Honda dealership. I came back to Weatherford Honda for a couple of reasons. The sales people were considerate yet not pushy. They knew the details about each of the models I was looking at. When I chose the vehicle I ultimately bought, the sales manager and finance department were all just as courteous. I actually enjoyed this experience and didn't feel pushed into a particular vehicle that they may have wanted to get off the lot or just make a sale. Weatherford Honda is a really nice place to get a vehicle and I would highly recommend them for your first and last stop!”
