“Pizzas are great. They have great prices and deals throughout the week. Takes orders ahead of time if you want to place an order for a specific time. The store is fun but, I believe it is very expensive depending on the silly things that you may want or need.”

“Great customer service. I have order 2 beverage coolers from Home Depot online and shipped to my home. Unfortunately UPS abused both shipments. Both items have arrived damaged. First one had a damaged handle. Went to customer service. They called their online ordering department and said they would try to get in touch with the manufacturer and see if they could only ship a replacement handle without me returning the whole unit. Since the unit almost weights 100 pounds I wasn't too excited to load it up and return to the store. Within a week I was contacted by the manufacturer. New handle arrived the following week. Unfortunately the unit did not want to cool properly and had to return it. No questions asked. Refund issued quickly. I then ordered another cooler (different brand). UPS did there best imitation of an airline baggage handler. There was some apparent damage on the outer packaging on the top corner. The box inside appeared Undamaged. However upon opening the inner box the box had apparently been dropped on a corner. The unit was bent so severely that even with the leveling feet it would not level. Again I took it to the store. The lady in customer service asked if I wanted to order another. She recommended I send it to the store and they will unbox and inspect if their appears to be any shipment damage. I think I will try that next time.”

“We recently purchased carpet and pad at Home Depot in Weatherford and they used their install company Cooper Installation to come out install it. This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I to each other. We were going to have it installed on Jan 10th, but Cooper put us on the priority list, and we were moved up to an earlier date, Jan 3rd! Home Depot contacted us throughout the entire process, and it was completely seamless. We were pleased with the customer service in the store at the time of picking out the carpet. My husband learned a lot from the Home Depot rep regarding the carpet and padding grade, which made our buying experience perfect. The pricing was amazing as well! We were very pleased with the installation company, Cooper too, they were timely and very professional. They were in and out within a couple of hours. We highly recommend The Home Depot company for any carpet install. We always buy our tools at Home Depot over Lowe's because of the excellent customer service as well.”

We were not able to get tiles there but I wanted to give a shout out to the young lady working the flooring section today at 11:00 who tried very hard to help us. She gave me some advice on adhesive and grout. Very helpful.”
