They treat employees bad. I was there two days thrown by myself and then was told I was fired because I was struggling. Very bad business.

Worst daycare I’ve ever dealt with. Directors and teachers are super irresponsible. Kids running around building unsupervised constantly, accidents (injuries) not being reported, and they report that your child ate/slept when they didn’t. Would give no stars if I could(:

All About Kids bus was stopped at a T stop in heavy construction on East Park and Texas Drive. When the driver pulled out from Texas Drive, crossing an empty lane due to construction and realized a new curb was put in place between the second and third lane that she would have to drive over (into opposite traffic), she had 2 choices to make: back up into a safe area and take a detour to drop kids off safely or nearly smack into me (opposite traffic) and drive over a huge curb at normal speed. She chose the latter. When I called All About Kids to let them know about recles driving with kids in tow, I was informed that the manager was the one driving the bus....yuck.

I have a 6 mo and a 2.5 year old who are so excited everyday to go to daycare! The daycare does a great job at communicating on the app daily. I know the teachers love them like their own and I don’t have enough positive things to say about all the providers who take care of our kids! Would recommend this daycare to everyone!

I enrolled all three of my children at All About Kids. Turned in all of the paperwork and paid the enrollment fee for all of them. Time ticked by and I never heard from anyone. In that time, we ended up getting sick, so I kept them home. When we got the go ahead from our doctor, I called the school to find out when they would all be able to start. They informed me that ALL three of their spots had already been filled! Without so much as ONE phone call to me! My husband is deployed and I am here alone with a three year old and twin babies. Shame on this place! Even after leaving messages for MONTHS, no one ever called me. That was Dec 2021 and I am writing this Oct 2022. To top it all off, they KEPT THE ENROLLMENT FEE. 10/10 would NOT trust this place with my children.

I was really reluctant about writing this, but I feel like every family should know about this place. Our kid started a couple Of months ago with no real issues, mainly because at the time we weren’t allowed inside and had limited interaction with staff. Once they started allowing parents to come inside for drop off / pick up I noticed a few things. The staff were rude, lacking in passion and compassion for the children and it smelled AWFUL in there. I’ve walked in to pick up my son early to see the children screaming, opening cabinets, and in one case a “teacher”yelling at them. My wife said she also walked in to the kids at a table watching a tablet while staff were on their phone. Our kid has recently been sick back to back with HFM , pink eye and now RSV and is in the hospital. You get NONE of your money’s worth here snd I’m not even sure they have a learning curriculum because I’ve never seen him sent home with art or even seen any photos on their pro care software of the kids being active or learning. I finally pulled him out after my gut just told me it wasn’t safe there.

If I would give this place no stars If I could. I got my 19 month old back today and it looked like she had been pinched by either another baby or an adult who was working there. I was not informed that she had gotten scratched and cut. Usually whenever something like this happens they are supposed to notify the parents. My child also came home very hungry because they didn't give her the food I brought for her. Don't take your kids here unless you don't want them to be watched very good. I have also heard from employees who have worked there that the children there are not taken well care of and get scratched and hurt very often.

Today was my babies first day there. I am beyond in disbelief when I picked him up. He had 4 bite marks and a bunch of scratches. He had one on his lip arm and on his ear. I understand kids are kids and I wouldn’t be as upsetting if it was one but 4 bite marks and the so called teacher didn’t notify anyone? Also when the girl who was left there called her to ask when it had happened she said the play ground. I’m sure if I’m getting bitten hard I would scream or cry the bite marks are Deep and I would not recommend this place anymore.

We loved All About Kids! If we put our daughter back in daycare, she will go here. Managers have been there a while, which shows the good quality of leadership & that trickles down as the staff seem happy. My daughter always had a clean diaper, was never hungry & I felt like she was safe in their hands. Definitely recommend to anyone not happy at other daycares.

I was Nervous about putting my son in daycare, but everyone here has been wonderful. My son has learned so much. His teachers have always communicated with me. They provide a schedule of when he has eaten, taken naps, diaper changes, etc... definitely would recommend this daycare.

I cannot say enough good about this place and everyone there.
They do not park children in front of tv’s all day! The staff is absolutely awesome, from the owner to the cook.
I wish we never would have gone to Kalyn’s!

My kids have gone here for years! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this daycare! The staff is amazing with the children and are always making them feel welcome. They are also very good with customer service and parent-teacher communication.
